The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 15 | 100% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Carlos and his dad are amazing! They are so incredibly kind and professional. Communication was excellent as well. They communicated with me during every step of the process, from buying the table to the delivery and set up. We LOVE our American Heritage Pool table so much. It’s a beautiful, top of the line table, and they gave us a great price. Sooo happy!
Carlos Sr. And Carlos Jr., are the most professional business owners I have done business with in Alabama. I wish all the places of business I engaged with, treated their customers, along with their exceptional service with attention to detail, the way they did.
Great professional service! Not only did they help me to dissasemble, move, and reassemble my pool table perfectly but they did so at a great price. For such great quality work at such great price you can't beat this place
Very professional and do what they say they are going to do when they tell you they will do it. I would highly recommend them. They also moved a couple of other things for me while they were moving the table
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
