The rating breakdown
Google shows 14 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to the Zilo team for making our move such a smooth experience! They arrived right on time, quickly emptied our five-bedroom home, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Everything arrived safely without any damage or issues. They were also able to fit us into their schedule on short notice, which we really appreciated. What impressed us the most was their work ethic. They moved us on a day when it was 98°F with a heat index of 111°F, and they never slowed down.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Alex and Alan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and immediately got to work. What really impressed me was how carefully they wrapped and protected every piece of furniture before loading it. They handled several heavy and awkward items with confidence and never complained, even when they had to navigate tight spaces and stairs. Everything arrived in perfect condition without a single scratch.
VERY GOOD MOVING EXPERIENCE! Alex and his team are highly recommended! When I contacted him to coordinate move details and pricing, I expected it would take some time for them to get back. I was impressed with their immediate reply and positive, respectful communications. Kudos for listening to my moving needs. In my case, they were able to set up a same-day moving time (incredible). Amazing response time. The movement of my furniture was handled quickly and safely.
Lotik Moving LLC did an amazing job moving our two-bedroom apartment. The team arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully, and handled all of our furniture and boxes with great care. They were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire move. Everything was completed without any damage, and the whole process was much less stressful than we expected. Their pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend Lotik Moving LLC to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
