The rating breakdown
1 of the 35 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Zmax Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 35 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Fairfax
About the same as the middle of the 19 listings in Fairfax we can publish a rate for.

LADIES BEWARE...I was told "not to talk" when I expressed my concern about the movers who were to transfer my items from a storage unit to my fourth floor apartment. I had concerns as soon as the two movers exited their truck in the morning to pick up my items at a storage facility. In preparation for the move, I told the owner that they were going to have to move my items up four flights of stairs as my complex had no elevators. I even agreed to pay extra to move heavy furniture.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I have lived in the area for about 15 years and moved a handful of times. This was the best moving company I have ever used. Maksim was very responsive with scheduling and estimates. He followed up a few days before as well to confirm. I was texted the morning of the move with an update of their arrival. They are by more reasonably priced than other companies in the area. They sent two employees. I apologize for not catching their names, but they were so efficient and professional.
I used Zmax Movers for my move and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The team arrived on time and were extremely professional and efficient. They took great care in packing my belongings and ensured that everything was transported safely. I highly recommend Zmax Movers to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company. They exceeded my expectations in every way and made my move a breeze.
Very friendly staff, did the job very efficiently with transparent and fair pricing. 10/10 would recommend
Zmax Movers is exactly the moving company we needed and were looking for! Getting an estimate and setting up an appointment was clear and easy. The movers arrived on time and were friendly, polite and professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and best of all, they didn't rush and were careful with our furniture. We had used a different company for our previous move a year ago and they rushed and damaged our furniture. We will definitely use them again when we move in a few years.
