In their own words
The big dope lied to my mom and said he bought the u-haul. They got matching shirts but that's the only coordination they have. They carried one little thing at a time to the truck through things away that shouldn't have been thrown away, and then when they got to the drop off site they stacked things in a pile on the patio rather than put them in the labeled rooms. Things toppled over and broke and they hurried away so fast they didn't get everything out of their truck and I never got it back.
I am not sure who you are or when we moved you…I have no record of a move with a person with a fake name of First Last. If someone did move you and left things on the truck as you said and ran away then why did you pay them? Lots of questions about this FAKE review.
I hired Zook to unload my storage unit and pack a truck headed for TN. I scheduled the truck to coincide with the appointment time Jeff Zook gave me. I explained that the driver gives 2 hours for them to load, then they start charging an hourly fee for waiting. As time passed, they did not show up. I received a text after they were late, saying they would be finished the earlier job in another hour. I explained that the driver only gives a 2 hour load window, as we previously discussed.
I was going to get a dumpster for junk haul service from the city, and hire movers, but my mom hired this guy, thinking he was a "moving professional". He was to do a dump run, and transport remaining items to a house. He showed up with a small U-Haul rental he said he bought from U-Haul. He said he'd load the garbage first, create a partition and then load the household items. Keep and throw items were in distinct areas in the garage.

Be careful !! When I wasn’t with my elderly mother, J. Zook collected payment, he charged $100.00 more than the said amount. Off he went with a $500.00 check signed by my innocent, easily influenced, vulnerable mom. 😱 Packing items into trailer was 20 mins. + travel 25 mins. + unloading 15 mins. Total = 60mins. Invoice did not reflect actual job performance! 😱 Beware !! Beware !! All we ask is that the funds go to the young tall thin man that treated her with respect, kindness, and compassion.
I had a pot that given to me by mom that passed They lost it broke never offered to pay for or get one like it it can never be replaced but having a similar one could help they are very expensive pots plus bork our fire place it was loose but not like that had to replace it to sad in Glendale az
Thank you Nancy for the opportunity to serve you. As I stated numerous times the pot that was described was the first thing in the room the day of the unload. It was placed on your patio. What happened to this pot from that point to 3 weeks later is a complete mystery.

I needed to ship furniture, paintings and dishes to my house locally and to two locations in California and also Utah and in the mountains in Colorado. I was so stressed out just describing everything, and his response to each complication was, “No problem.” I immediately started to relax. He came when he promised, and his team was very professional and so kind. Jeff took two of the small loads in his own truck to Salt Lake City and Eagle, Colorado.
Hired Zook Moving for my recent move . I was really scared for the move due to my past experience with a different moving company but zook did an amazing job . Jeff made sure to stop by a couple of days before moving for an estimate so that he can provide me with the correct information . I was really impressed by the overall service provided by the Zook moving services. I had more than one truck load and they provided me with a reasonable price for the other one too .
