Sold my home in Orlando after 21 years to make a move to Tn. This company was referred by my realtor (who did an excellent job with the sale). I have contacted her and told her of my experience and opinion of the company, and I will contact anyone I know who I can volunteer my information. Anyone thinking of using this company should consider this unsolicited review. The company sent a person to give me a quote on the move.

My experience with this company was AWFUL from start to finish. I called to schedule the service weeks before my move date, and requested a morning move. The scheduler told me that he would put that in the notes but could not guarantee a move time until the day before the move, and also that they always wrap your furniture with every move.
now that i'm moving again, i'm reminded i never left a review on our initial moving services moving from maryland to florida. company is a joke- rude, tried to make threats that they wouldn't hold my stuff because we were in Rockville, MD and I couldn't get to their warehouse an hour away to sign in person when we had an auto-train that was leaving Lorton, VA in 2 hours. yeah sorry- the train isn't gonna wait.

Moved last week with this company. Move went good but had some items of sentimental value and dollar value disappear. The tray these items were in is still with me but the items are the only things missing. Called and spoke to a manager but all he said was he would check the truck which has been used every day since. Yeah, not much help and he said he doesn't think his men had anything to do with it. I guess I'm out these items. Not very comforting. They from my father who passed away.
I would not recommend this company at all! We have used 1st class several times previously and have recommended them to friends who have used them too. This time they couldn’t disassemble a solid oak bed frame as they stated they did not have all their tools, they took it outside and said they would manage, and told me all was okay. Once the move was complete they accepted a cash tip and left. When I started making the bed I found they had literally balanced the frame together, it was completely broken!

**If 0 stars were possible, that’s what I would give. Please read this review to avoid the stress and unprofessionalism my family experienced.** We scheduled two moves with this company for Saturday, November 16, 2024. The plan was: 1. Move from Atlanta, GA to St. Augustine, FL. 2. Move from St. Cloud, FL to St. Augustine, FL. The delivery was confirmed for Tuesday, November 19, 2024. I have emails and receipts to prove this was all agreed upon.
Edit: Hassan called back after leaving a message to speak to a manager. He listened attentively to our experience, researched our claims and rectified the situation. He was very professional and provided great customer service. We had a negative experience with this company. We scheduled a move for 9/20 and asked for a 8 am - 10 am window. The scheduler called us the night before and said our window was 1 pm - 3 pm and they had no notes for the request for an early window.
We are glad that we were able to fix whatever didn't go as expected. Thank you for your feedback and for your business.
Caused damage to my storage facility and having a hard time getting them to accept responsibility. I am discouraged to say the least as I have used them multiple times in the past. This time now i am getting threatening emails from the owner to make a final payment but have no guarantee that the company will take care of the damages they incurred! I simply asked for a claim number and for them to communicate with the Storage facility.

They took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t hesitate to adjust the quote multiple times as I decided certain things would not be going anymore. I got several quotes from different company they were one the higher end but the quality of service, guaranteed delivery date, and promise of no additional charges sold me.

1st Class Moving and Storage was amazing to work with. This was the 2nd time we used them to move. This time was out of state. They were very responsive with all our questions leading up to the move. Then moving day they called to let us know they were on their way, showed up on time and took very good care of all our things. The whole crew was very respectful, wrapped our furniture very securely and were very efficient. I also want to thank them for being so nice and loving to our dog.

I used this moving company within the last few days for a longer distanced move from Orlando to Tampa. They arrived on time with several professional strong young men. They took care of all of my items from a large storage unit delivering to a second floor apartment with very old steep stairs in Pinellas County. I highly recommend 1Class Movers, especially Jose and Walter! They arrived at 3:00 PM and immediately got to work. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture, disassembled the items that needed to be taken apart, and handled everything with great care. Throughout the entire move, they were extremely professional, efficient, and cautious with our furniture, boxes, and personal belongings.
