They were several hours late, overpriced and rude. Also, I wasn't told there would be a $10 charge for using my credit card. I would not use again.

This was my first time using a moving company. I called 6 different companies that all told me a move for a 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 person apartment with 2 men would be around 2-3 hours since I had already did all the packing and just needed the items moved. I chose this company because it was the only one that didn’t make me get a minimum of 3-4 hours to move. I relocated from the Downtown Orlando to the Millenia area which is about 10 mins in distance from each other.

Was initially told would arrive at 8am, then was told 9am and they finally showed up after 10am. Tried to charge more than what was initially quoted. They didn’t start moving me until 10:20 but tried to say they started at 10:05. On top of that my living room chair frame is bent. I do not recommend this company but if you hire them make sure they’re not trying you extra money.

The Worst!!!! Run now. Use this company if you want: 1. To be lied to, "you didn't request packing service", I have an email... "We will get back to you" never heard from Alex again. Btw, "buy your own boxes and we can't be responsible for the TV". 2. Want your things randomly thrown into unmarked boxes. Personal photos under clothes and Kitchen stuff- sure. 3. Want your things treated like dirt. I was doing a walk through picking up litter and found two of my baby's sonogram pictures on the floor. 4.

had a terrible experience with Orlando Express Movers, and I feel compelled to warn others about their practices. They charged me $2,600 for a move that was completely mishandled. It felt like they intentionally prolonged the job to rack up the cost, leaving me with the impression that they were trying to exploit me simply because I am a woman. The owner’s behavior was especially awful—he was threatening and intimidating, making an already stressful situation much worse.

Second time using this company. I had requested for the movers to come at 2pm. I got a call at 9am the day of the move and was told the movers were there. After confirming with the owner that I had text proof of him confirming at 2pm, he responded with attitude that his team would come at 2. They ended up coming at 11:30AM, completely throwing off my packing as I had to pack late, therefore not able to take all of my belongings in my home.

The owner was quick to schedule the move and they showed up within the time scheduled. We asked the owner how much it would cost to move a 3/2 and they quoted $159/hr for 3 guys plus $159 for the truck, and it should take approx 5 hours to complete the move. The items to be moved were already boxed and furniture with items emptied, only two beds needed to be dismantled.

Please do not use this company! They moved my items and broke several items of my wooden furniture. They took 12 hours to move 3 rooms and after a few hours told me they needed a second truck and more men. After the 12 hour move, they gave me a $3156 bill which I paid. The next day when I was unpacking I noticed some of my solid wood furniture had been badly damaged. I reported it and I was told it would be fixed or replaced under their insurance.
