If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hired this company for a large move from Lake Mary to their storage facility in Apopka, and from the storage facility in Apopka to my new construction home in Brevard County two months later. After selling my home in Lake Mary, I needed an air conditioned facility to store all my furniture until my new home was completed. The team of about 5 men who took my furniture and boxes to the storage facility seemed to be professional and friendly as well as efficient.

Called for a quote, was told the move would cost about $375 total for 2 hours with a 3 man crew. $140 extra per hour. Okay, I sent him pictures of everything plus an estimate on the number of boxes (about 20) etc. Talked to him on the phone, he estimated it wouldn't take more than 4 hours at most. Ok. Guys get there and they are literally dragging their feet. I had all boxes in one area for them to easily move.

We saw the excellent reviews here on Google and Yelp, but were very displeased with our experience. Two antique side tables of my mom's had several scratches and chips (they clearly weren't wrapped up). The company offered to have a furniture repairman cover the cost of restoring the furniture, but it took over a month to get back one of the side tables (my mom didn't want to wait another month for the other one so took it back).

This has been the worst service experience. The staff was very disrespectful, tossing my items around and damaging them, and they became aggressive when I confronted them. They left most items in the garage despite being paid to bring everything inside. After this confrontation, we contacted the company, but they refused to accept responsibility for the damaged and mishandled items, as well as for their team's disrespectful behavior, claiming I should be grateful for their help.
We chose Sebastian Moving based on their over 2,500 five-star reviews. We are severely regretting that decision. We were offered some compensation for our damaged items, but only if we agreed to confidentiality terms that would prevent us from leaving any negative review. We now understand why they mostly have 5-star reviews despite their lack of professionalism. We couldn't bear for someone to make the same decision uninformed.
The appointment schedule was easy to handle not a lot of days needed in advance. The team was courteous and professional no casualties during the move and I had a few pieces that needed lots of care. The company is very competitive in terms of pricing. Great job!

Rude customer service the movers emptied out my desk without telling me and nothing was heavy it was just paper and desk supplies and at the end they didn't even bother to unwrap my mattress would not recommend very disappointing

We used Sebastian Moving Services in early June. From the quote process onward, everything was transparent and straightforward. No sales speech (which we truly appreciated!), no hassle! They did the packing and the moving for us. Reasonable price for an out-of-state move. The crew in FL, led by Robert, was great and made a stressful day go easily. They were punctual and fast on packing day. The next day, they loaded everything and set off for TX. They arrived as promised, three days later, and were punctual.

Outstanding Moving Experience – Ask for Team Ray! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. From the very beginning, Jamin was excellent to work with. He communicated well, was always available when I had questions, and made me feel confident that everything would go smoothly. He promised me a team of four movers—but instead he sent eight! I recently arranged for a long distance move with Sebastian Movers. The complication was I was not going to be physically present for either the packing in FL or unload in DE. I needed someone I could trust to pack 2 locations in FL and move to 1 location in DE. I'm glad I called Sebastian!
