I wish I can give this company ZERO stars! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Save yourself the grief, damages, and money. I have had a beyond terrible experience with this company from the very beginning to the very end. Actually, it still has not ended because multiple pieces of my furniture are damaged, as well as my tile, and walls in my brand new home! I have expensive furniture that has been kept in impeccable condition and that can no longer be said. My $3,000 West Elm media console is now completely broken.

I had the absolute best moving experience with this company from start to finish — and honestly, I’m shocked to even say that, because who ever has a positive moving experience? Moving is usually so stressful, but they made the entire process as smooth as possible. From the beginning, they were incredibly patient and flexible with me. I wasn’t sure how much I’d be able to pack myself, and they worked with me through multiple quotes, adjusting and re-quoting several times to match my changing plans.

My wife and I recently purchased a home, and we needed some things moved from one house to another. I looked online and found MechaMovers. They had great reviews and often people said they had a very fair price so I thought I would try them out. Boy am I glad I did!!! I called and described the amount of stuff I was planning on moving from one place to another and got a quote really quickly.
MechaMovers did an excellent job! From receiving the initial estimate, getting the move scheduled and coordinated, to the move itself, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Communication with Joe was great in the days leading up to the move, and the team of Kenneth, Elijah, and Brandon did an awesome job the day of the move. They did a great job wrapping and protecting my furniture, were friendly and professional, and worked very efficiently.
