Worst experience ever. Stay away. First they arrived late both times. Second we had a quote for full service moving, meaning packing and unpacking and the didn’t even came preapared with supplies (boxes, packin paper, matress covers, etc). We had to start packing for them to understand. Then they started packing eveything Randomly like they never packed before. The clothes were left in a pile in a way that were unusable now we have to spend more money on dry cleaning and laundry.
I just spoke with the guy called George, in the middle of the conversation , he put me on hold 2-3 times for few minutes, never had this experience with other moving companies just to arrange someone to come for estimation. Most of the reliable companies are very efficient & fast to arrange the dates!! In addition this George talk back to me constantly although he put me on hold so many times. Without apologizing.
Good afternoon I want to explain to you why we put you on hold for 2-3 times for few minutes, so you understand that our time is also very important as yours, not to be wasted. When you called, asking for an in house estimate. We already had 2 other customers on the line.
These guys left us with a broken 70 inch TV and didn't want to accept responsibility. The TV costed more than 1000$. Be careful when booking these guys.
We hope the full refund(including tips you left) for the services we provided was a good accommodation for you. Contact our office with any questions or concerns. Best Regards Best USA Movers Orlando.

FYI - FOR SOME REASON, GOOGLE DOESN'T EVER ALLOW ME TO POST A "NEW" REVIEW. THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST A "NEW" REVIEW IS TO ACTUALLY "ERASE/DELETE" THE PREVIOUS ONE. THIS IS A NEW POST AS OF 5/4/26, SO PLEASE IGNORE THE RESPONSE BY THE COMPANY BELOW IT, WHICH TALKS ABOUT A PREVIOUS POST. --------------------------------------------------------------------- My apologies for the delay in writing this much deserved review on our experience with a recent move (4/24/26).
We're thrilled to hear you were happy with our efficient service. Making your move smooth and stress-free is our top priority. If you ever need professional movers again, we're here for you! 😊 Best regards, The best moving company in Central-Florida, Best USA Movers Orlando.
