Not impressed at all. I had the locker for a few months, and ended up with some disgusting damage to my things. I had expensive area rugs, household items, climbing and trekking gear stored there until I could find a new apartment. I went in there and found a mass of mouse crap in the locker. My things were chewed up, I unrolled the rugs to find blood and more fecal matter, and the smell of rot. I can only guess it was a nest they had their disgusting babies in.

I have been having problems with the location on Quadra in Victoria. There is rarely someone on site. When this facility first opened it was very well run. The door has been broken on the south side since last week so it's hard to access your unit on that side of the building. There is questionable characters living in the units, garbage is building up outside, there have been drug deals going on after hours because someone gave them the emergency access code, they fixed that last week by changing the code but…

Terrible experience! We got a unit when they were still Target Storage. We never had a problem with Target, payments were automatic and on time every time. They got taken over by Sentinel and it has been absolutely terrible. They automatic payments do not come out automatically, they do not return phone calls or emails, the "emergency" number (which I had to call because the regular number was suddenly out of service??!!) provided me with someone who did little to nothing to help me - they basically spoke to me…

It was extremely disappointing to learn that even though my unit was cleared over on September 30th, the company will charge me 100% of October. While I understand that the 30th was a holiday and the staff was not able to check the storage was cleared, I would’ve expected a reasonable compromise and a proportional charge for October. More disappointing was the call received from the store manager who frankly was not willing to listen but provide a non-stop monologue. There was no client focus or compromise.

This company is very predatory. They give new renters competitve rates and then tack on admin fees and raise monthly costs over and over. Their facility on Tolmie is open 24hrs but has no one on site at any time making it feel extremely unsafe. Don't get a storage locker with them, it's not worth the stress.

They pressured me into giving my credit card over the phone under the clear pretence that it is free to cancel before 48 hours. I cancelled less than 24 hours later, and I was still charged, and have not been refunded until this day. This was 1 month ago

Terrible, overpriced and waited an hour at my locker (called 15 times to floor manager) because the door got stuck. Service 100% could have been better.

Terrible service. Changed the rates. Gave me a unit with a support beam going through 25% of my unit without any compensation.

Prabh was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She clearly explained all the terms and conditions and even showed me the locker before starting any paperwork, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent, and it was easy to reach out whenever I had a question or concern. Prabh quickly resolved my issue based on a voicemail I left, and I truly appreciated her prompt response. The lockers were clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible.

First time needing a storage unit and Sherri and her team helped us right away! They were friendly, kind and caring when doing the application, walking us through the building, and showing us our unit! The storage facility was very clean, well-lit and felt very secure during the days/nights! Thankful for their promotion of a free 4 weeks! During that time we used the space, used the trolleys they provided—so helpful, and we emptied the unit before the next billing cycle so no need to pay for more than we need!

Great experience renting a storage unit here. The building always felt secure, and having coded access gave extra peace of mind. The large garbage/loading doors made moving items in and out so much easier, and the dollies available on-site definitely saved my back! The facility was always clean and tidy, and customer service was consistently pleasant and helpful. I’d absolutely rent a unit from them again.
