I hired this company to move a 2 bedroom apartment, big mistake. First they showed up late, I told them when they did arrive the hours that I had booked the elevator at destination. We had 3 hours, and they were so slow they turned it into 5 hours to charge me more, it was a big inconvenience as other people were moving into the building that day as well. They took my bed apart then put it together the wrong way and had to do it over again. So much wasted time, I saw them drop a heavy box too.
I would not recommend using this company. Almost every large furniture item I owned was scratched. I purchased a brand new table for staging purposes and was never used once and by the time it got to my new place, there were scratches over the top and all the legs every piece of furniture I has some kind of scratch on it I moved a few kilometres apart from a two bedroom condo to a two bedroom apartment and it took two days to do this. There was zero mention of compensation on my items.
Amateurs to the moving business with next to no experience. They helped a previous client of mine move and couldn’t get her adjustable bed out of the apartment, so I had to go myself and get it out because of their lack of moving IQ, effort, and experience. If you want very low level movers, hire this crew. If you want top of the line movers hire a REAL moving company.

Moving can be such a stressful experience, but thanks to Help Me Move, ours was smooth and worry-free. From start to finish, they treated our belongings with care, as if they were helping family move. Manny was fantastic with communication throughout the process, keeping us updated every step of the way and making sure we felt at ease. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient, handling everything from packing to loading with such precision and respect.
Easy and seamless move. They did a great job providing a quote without too much upselling. They showed up on time and did a great job of the move out and in. Great communication overall and a good price for the service. I like how things like moving blankets and even plastic wrapping some of the furniture was included in price, other companies added additional charges for this kind of stuff. 10/10 would use the again for my next move.
