Showed up late, scratched my furniture and was rude. Took way longer than quoted. Absolute trash. Never offered any sort of compensation for all the damages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My girlfriend and I had a horrifying experience with this company a few months back, and it looks like they suppressed her review so I’m going to leave one. At the same time her review vanished, about 20 very sketchy 5 star reviews popped up so I wouldn’t be surprised if they are buying reviews. The crew arrived late, parked unnecessarily far from the door (despite multiple requests to move closer), and worked at an unusually slow pace. After two hours, very little had been moved.
Horrible company that will break your stuff and then overcharge you. Edit: legally threatening people that give you a bad review for your poor work is quite the move.

Terrible experience with this company. Damaged 3 pieces of furniture, told me they would repair the damages but never did. Didn't wrap any furniture to protect it during the move. My follow up phone calls with the company were very poorly handled as the brushed off my concerned but were quick to demand their money. Will never use this company and will never recommend to anyone
I’ve used their services twice within the last few months. Very friendly staff but negligent, especially with appliances, and careless with art. On both trips, several items were either damaged or beyond repair and not compensated for. Again, friendly staff but it’s not worth the trouble of having items broken.

We were moving from Alberta to Victoria and I was pretty nervous. You hear the horror stories of moving companies. After getting quotes from various companies we decided on Ouch My Back and am so happy we went with them. Alan answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. The moving crew were amazing. Everything arrived and nothing was damaged. The price was comparable to other companies but Ouch My Back delivery was way quicker than the other companies.
This is the best moving company I have ever worked with. The job was done smoothly and efficiently and at a great price, and didn't cost a dime more than what was agreed upon. The actual team of movers were excellent, A1. Polite, hard working and professional.. all you can really ask for. We really don't have enough good things to say. 5/5, so glad we tried these guys out!
This company helped my friend Vera J help with a move. The movers (2 guys, forgot names sorry) were amazing. They showed up right on time and were extremely helpful, efficient, and hard working. Also very friendly and professional, and careful with the belongings. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company. Thank you.
We had such a great experience with this team moving us from Sooke to Langford. Everyone was super friendly, courteous, and communicative from start to finish, and they made what could have been a stressful day feel really easy. They worked incredibly hard, took great care with all of our belongings, and even finished well under the estimated time. We were so impressed with how organized and efficient they were the entire day. Couldn't recommend them enough.
