We hired this company to pick up and move several pieces of furniture, and unfortunately, it was one of the most unprofessional service experiences we’ve had. The movers parked their truck extremely close to our vehicles—approximately 10 inches away—and repeatedly squeezed between the truck and our cars, resulting in scratches to our vehicles. To make matters worse, they left without saying a word and made no effort to clean up after themselves.
The customer started threatening our guys as soon as we arrived because he felt we parked too close to his truck. Our driver moved the truck immediately. He was very belligerent and threatening to the movers and then he called us cursing and calling me names, proving our guys right.
Two movers, neither trained in how to load or pack, one tried and one lacked any work ethic & stood by while the other mover &the client, who is disabled, loaded boxes. Refused to communicate with client. Damaged furniture and boxes because they didn't know how to stack or load, took extra time due to one worker not working, taking a 15 min break during paid time and then tried to charge extra for the delays due to their incompetence.
Hi Constance, We have no customers with your name. All of our movers are highly trained and are known to be hard workers. This does not sound like us at all. Please confirm that you are leaving a review for "2 Guys 4 Hire" and not another company (such as Two Men and a Truck).
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY -- they cancelled on me with less than 2 days notice because "there's going to be snow" and "it may be cold." "Ross" told me that he may have to cancel for the Monday reschedule as well, but that they'd be kind enough to inform me of this by Sunday Night. I now have to reschedule all my flights and pay hundreds of dollars in late move out fees. Don't make the same mistake I did.
We agreed with you to reschedule your job to Monday afternoon. It's going to be in the negative degrees with snow...no one said "it may be cold". Our movers' safety is important. They are human beings, just like you.
If you live on a military installation stay away from this company. Website states no hidden fees however when called to confirm the date they said they would have to charge us for getting access on base. They ultimately cancelled with less than 48 hour notice because we questioned being charged for drive time and their processing time to get through the gate.
We cancelled when the customer started acting unreasonable and rude. We respect everyone and expect the same in return.
Do NOT use this company. Two of their movers caused significant damage to my apartment building while moving my furniture and fled the scene after doing so. 2 Guys 4 Hire is unwilling to work with my apartment company to resolve the damages; 0/10 recommend doing business with people like this.
You were a customer for a different location, not the Colorado Springs franchise. You've already left a review for the correct franchise, so please remove this review immediately or we'll report it as libelous.
DONT USE THESE CLOWNS!! I RECIEVED MULTIPLE WOOD ITEMS DAMAGED FROM MY MOVE. MANAGEMENT BLAMED US FOR THE MOVERS INCOMPETENCE. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I was trying to move and dealing with so much as part of that process. I spoke with Russ initially and he fit me in last minute for no extra charge or rate increase. I also only had a few large pieces that I needed moved and had hurt my wrist and am also weak physically in general...lol. Russ helped me figured out the best option for that. The day of the move came and I was provided a short window (much better than a lot of companies that give you 3+ hr long windwos).

We had a great experience with Patrick, Matt and Randy. We booked two hours and two movers for our two bedroom apartment move and they sent a third mover to ensure it was done within two hours. (For no extra charge!) They were very friendly, professional, quick and experienced! Good price and very worth the money for a hassle-free move on a hot day. Thank you!!!!

This is my first time using movers and I will definitely be utilizing 2Guys4Hire when I move again. Dee, the driver with the amazing personality, friendly demeanor, and charismatic wit was my contact person and she did a phenomenal job keeping in touch with me, updating me on arrival times, and not to mention some pretty impressive driving skills with that big box truck, backwards down a narrow pathway. Rod and JT, the movers with quickness were an absolute joy to work with.

This experience could not have gone better! I called multiple organizations for quotes on a quick, 2-hour job. We didn't need a truck - just a few strong guys to bring the items up out of the basement so my husband and don't further destroy our aging knees and backs. The other companies required the 2 hour clock started ticking when the workers left the office requiring that we would be billed a minimum of an hour for round trip commute time.
