Extremely unprofessional, they don’t organize anything, they lost and damaged multiple items, and failed to communicate a delay which complicated my family’s schedule including forcing us to cancel a job interview. Avoid at all costs!
Zero stars. This company didn’t arrive on the first scheduled date. Never notified us, and found out our truck hadn’t even left Colorado due to a mechanical issue. On the second delivery date they said they couldn’t deliver due to icy roads, promised to wait it out and deliver a few days later. Only to find out on THAT delivery date that the driver had taken our stuff to Kansas and took other jobs “if my truck isn’t moving I’m not making money”.
Out of the THREE days (over a weeks time) it took them to unpack us ... we had 1 guy who we would recommend. I'm 90% sure his name is Daunte? He was the only redeeming thing of this moving experience. We are still missing about 35 different boxes/items ... they broke our garage door and just shrugged it off ... our house is still in boxes everywhere minus 2 rooms where boxes were dumped out in the middle of the floor ... 90% of our furniture is still un assembled because they couldn't "find" the parts ...
So I'm in the Air Force and my family and I are PCSing for the first time. This is the company that was hired to do my household goods. On the first day though the guys were friendly they didn't finishing packing my entire house, which made the guys that came the next day to be really upset. The guy in charge was upset all day and was being rough with my family's belongings. They rested my tvs on the screens with the TV mounts still attached.
The worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and full of excuses. Showed up late in the afternoon the first day. Kept disappearing to take breaks. Then didn’t have the right vehicle size after doing a virtual walkthrough of everything in my house so there was no surprise on their end what was going into the truck. Then we’re supposed to come back the next day I had to call them to find out that they weren’t going to show up.
Promised big, delivery fell flat. If youre gonna show up at 11 dont say youre gonna be there at 9. Not a fan of on the job training (1 guy telling the others how to do basic things) with my stuff. Train before. Took longer than expected to pack up, took longer then expected to load up, and did some of the oddest and worst loading of crates me and the unloading team has ever seen. Who puts a lawnmower in the same crate as a mattress, let alone on top of the mattress??
So this was the worse most unprofessional company we have ever used. They had 2 days to pack us up and one day to load us. The first day they only stayed for three hours ( due to one of the movers having to attend court) and the second they arrived late and missing half the crew. So it is no surprise that on loading day they scrambled and packed hastily and disorganized and were at our house until 8pm.
We hired this company to help us move our belongings (packed by a different company) into storage. They showed up on-time and were very helpful. They were extremely fast and efficient in packing the truck. The problems start when they break something. I witnessed a mover using his back to carry four medium sized boxes stacked on top of each other. He lost his balance, and two of the boxes dropped from head height, right in front of me. He picked them up, and started to put them on the truck.

Here is a revised version that specifically reflects unaccompanied baggage, while keeping a professional and credible tone. Pikes Peak Moving and Storage handled our unaccompanied baggage for our military move overseas, and the experience was excellent. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our belongings with care and respect. They were organised, professional, and clearly experienced with military shipments, which made the process much less stressful.
Bobby and his crew packed and moved my family for a PCS and they were absolutely amazing. I was in a two bedroom apartment (but I have entirely too much stuff and more than should be in a two bedroom) and they had everything packed and loaded on the truck in 6 hours. They were very careful in making sure everything was packed well and would be well protected (especially since when PCSing multiple companies handle different parts of the shipment).
Terry and Rae with Courage Movers helped pack and ship my belongings from my barracks in the USA to Australia, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was running behind schedule and, to make matters worse, I still wasn’t fully prepared when they arrived. Instead of making me feel stressed or rushed, they immediately reassured me that everything was okay and jumped right in to help.
I had an outstanding experience with Pikes Peak Moving and Storage! Jason and Cassandra were absolutely fantastic—they were fast, efficient, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They handled all my belongings with care and precision, making sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it in my new apartment. Despite working quickly, they never rushed or cut corners. It was clear they knew what they were doing, and their positive attitudes made the whole experience stress-free.
