Don’t patronize this business … I was once a repeat customer but not again. Careless, unprofessional and incompetent! The movers broke the glass out of my entertainment center ( never provided info about submitting an insurance claim), didn’t wrap my tv’s after being told to, lied about stacking my items ( you can see the rear wall of the storage , packed my stuff in away where I can’t reach the light switch and arguing with me about the issues mentioned - claiming to have been in the business for 10 years ( maybe…
First We want to thank you for using our company for the 3rd time. Yes with well over 10 years of experience we have moved and still are moving customers belongings in their storage with no problem.
This is a very small company and I wanted my experience to be totally different. I found them on Groupon and called to set up an appointment prior to purchasing the deal. The owner offered the Groupon rate and a discount on the hourly, if I paid him directly. I took the deal and paid through Groupon. On day of moving, he arrived late and with, what appeared to be, a son or nephew. He started my time while requesting I sign some paperwork. I specifically said I wanted him to wrap everything.
Ma'am sorry to hear you felt that way...we believe in providing our customers with 100% customer satisfaction...I wish that you would acknowledge the fact that you told us not to wrap anything because you were very concerned about going over your designated time limit which was 4hrs.
Houston, Tx move. Called and told them I am currently in probate and waiting for a date to get access to move my gifted items. I had to change my dates due to not getting a court date yet. I asked if I should wait and they said to go ahead a book and date and I could always reschedule. I offered to pay an additional deposit due to the continued rescheduling not because i was told any policy and they said that was not needed.
Hi Sylan, per your initial phone conversation with our office manager on Nov. 14th you scheduled your 4hr move for Nov. 20th. The office manager went over our policies and procedures with you which included our 72 hr requirement policy for cancellation and/or rescheduling.
Let me start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF! My mother hired this company on Groupon, I am following them to her new house as I write this. Before he even started the job she showed him what she had and the owner (not sure of his name) told her he could move everything. This company has been at my mother’s apartment since 10:10 am and when I made it to my mother’s house at 11:50 am the truck was already half full and she still had a house full of items that needed to be…
First thing I want to do is apologize for your dissatisfaction in our services....we try to satisfy every customer we come in contact with, but unfortunately you were one of the very few we couldn't satisfy.
RUN DO NOT BOOK THESE MOVERS!!!! The first time I booked with them their services were decent to say the least, only downside is the Latino guy was always begging for tips….like ugh please be professional! The second time I booked with them, they cancelled on me that same day because of light rain! This is Houston, if you can’t work rain or shine then you don’t need to be in business! I get the safety matter of it all but that experience left BAD taste in my mouth!

This will be my preferred moving company and I will refer others .. Try them for yourself I guarantee you will not be disappointed..
These guys were polite, professional, and fast. And they handled our furniture carefully. We’ve used a few moving companies in the Katy are and these guys are top of the list! Highly recommended and will use them again!
Jonathan and Pedro were amazing! They made my move stress free. Great value, great work, and great guys! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
Oh my gawdddd. So I have a lot of stuff. I mean A LOT of stuff. Chaz and Jay rolled up and I told them “hey, I have a shopping problem, so like, my bad.” They were so professional though! Barely grumbled about my mountain of junk. Haha. Communicated great about arrival time, all the fees and costs, very transparent, no surprises or hidden fees. I told Chaz I had a Groupon and he honored the price. I had called around to about five other movers beforehand and Superheroes was legit the best value per hour.
