Movers broke furniture, scratched up items and left marks on the wall. They took my workout weights which I specifically said don’t touch, they took them from our townhouse and never brought them to the new house. They also did not bring our couch cushion to the new house. They called the same day and said they had it in the truck and forgot to drop it off and would drop it off later that day or the next day and never did.

We believe they purposely pad the time in order to make more money. -3hrs 15min late getting to our apartment to start -Due to the delay, offered us a 3rd guy but didn't tell us with 3 guys it will take longer than using 2 ( costing more in the long run). According to Thomas, 3 guys they are allowed to move slower, take longer and more breaks than usual.

They moved me and broke many antiques. Lost boxes. Then tried to blame me. Left indoor boxes outside and garage boxes in the kitchen. All were marked clearly. Sent them photos of the damages. And they stopped answering my calls. Never paid to fix them. I marked each box and had a notebook of everything in each box. I lost thousands and their attitude was. We didn’t do it. Watch out.

BEWARE OF BABY HUEY's MOVERS‼‼‼ First off I must begin with the two movers I met were excellent. I'm a 17yr now divorced military wife with 4 babies, two has graduated college. We were downsizing. The kids and I boxed our on 13/15 boxes already sealed. We had two bedrooms to take down being the new tenants needed and asked for the things we no longer needed. No appliances, no washer/ dryer nothing like that just what I named. Also 1 dining room set.

***DO NOT USE*** After some research, my husband decided that this was the best moving company in the Katy area, so we went with them. Wish we would have dug deeper. We had them move our furniture into a 1 bedroom apartment/town home on the second floor. First off, they arrived 2 hours late. As soon as they wrote down the start time, I would have expected them to get moving. WRONG. They started messing around immediately. Taking their sweet time to put their stuff down and get the dolly and begin moving furniture.

I hired Baby Huey's through Moving Staffers and was initially impressed with the politeness and quick work ethic of the two gentlemen. They packed my belongings under the suggested time all while being extremely personable. I made the mistake of cleaning my home while they were packing and did not oversee the actual packing of the truck. When I opened the truck at my final destination, my belongings were in total disarray.

We used this company to move from our house in Houston Heights to downtown Houston in 2021. As a part of that move, we stored our stuff for several months over the summer. We were very happy with the move out, storage and move in. We are now prepared to move from our downtown apartment to a condo in Greenway Plaza and the experience has been night and day.

The office/phone staff was very nice and courteous. However, the movers that came broke the water line in my wall when trying to turn the water off from my washer by turning it too hard to the LEFT. It was not noticed until two days later when new person moved in and there was extensive water damage. They broke the washer by banging it down the back stairs rather than maneuvering it through the house and using the ramp from my front door into the truck.
