I had the easiest move of the century. 1 bedroom apartment, a handful of boxes and military duffel bags, an entertainment center, and bed frame. My 55 inch TV is completely broken & my glass vase is shattered. Moving is already expensive and stressful especially for a one woman household. Having to replace my things is the icing on the cake. They had the nerve to claim my TV was already broken. And they “took pictures of the tv as proof.” First of all, WHY WOULD I STORE A BROKEN TV!?

Don't use these movers. They will rob u blind!!!! The will purposely take your things apart just to get more time out of you then threaten you that they will call the police!! They showed up a hour late to location for pick up. Then the …
I hesitated to post this but after finally going through all stuff I want to forewarn anyone who is making choice for movers. I hired EPM for a 8/1 move and from the start it was awkward. The movers that arrived began to complain and because they believed I didn’t speak Spanish they thought they could just say whatever. I checked them on it but moving forward the rest of the day was rough. Out of 3 guys only one was actually there to work.
Update: Based on your lying that I said, I have a 3 bedroom house as if I don't know my own house and saying it was communicated to me by your movers. I'll take it down to 1 star. I said the Sq Ft and bedrooms when I booked and set my appointment. Thanks for the offer to move my belongings again. But I'll pass. They're responsive after the initial call and showed up on time after i paid for my reservation. The team moved my things with care and while unloading.

We used them twice. Everything was great... Except they broke the internal screen of our new 75" $2000 Samsung TV. We had to also pay a certified Samsung technician additional to come out and see what happened. At first they acted like they would handle it. Then they said they would do nothing. Because they didn't see the TV on and working before the move. They stood all 3 of our Tv's on their sides up against the wall at our new house, which you are never supposed to do.

The movers were great showed up on time did the job they were hired to do. The issues happened after the move. The moved accidentally damaged the wall to the stairs when it happened I was told by Milton the management company would have someone out to fix it in 2 days. The other issue is back at the rental property we moved out of unfortunately the moving truck that was parked in the drive way caved in one of the concrete slabs. I took pictures of this and sent to the management company.

Worst moving service I have ever used. I had one bedroom to one bedroom move. It took them over 6 hours when I was moving 3 mins away. My previous move that had the same furniture took 3 hours with a further distance between the apartment complexes. They also somehow managed to damage my TV and other furniture. I have sent communication and have been waiting for a response to how they plan to resolve this situation. I’m completely unsatisfied with their service and will never use them again.

Ruined my walls and dropped my furniture didn't complete the move and charged me an amount I didn't agree to when I signed. I argued for 30 mintues before I just gave & paid anything. The entire move should had been free. We use these guys a few times but the new employees SUCK

We hired them for a 5-bedroom house move, and they blew us away! The team was super friendly, extremely efficient, and handled all of our belongings with complete care from start to finish. Everything went so fast and smoothly! Their English communication was top-notch, making the whole process effortless. Plus, they offer very reasonable pricing for such high-quality service. I highly recommend them to anyone moving!
Milton and his team made our move an extraordinary experience. They were incredibly punctual, careful, and professional. I highly recommend them; in addition to being very respectful and organized, they have excellent rates.
On April 29th, I contacted EPM Movers needing an immediate move, and their representative was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled the same day for 1:00 PM. I was assigned Jimmy, Anderson, and Jose, and from the beginning, they were patient, professional, and understanding. When we arrived at my storage facility, we were met with something completely unexpected, my belongings had been severely damaged due to an infestation at the storage facility.

We have used this company 3 times in Katy TX (local move) and 2 out of 3 times the service was fantastic. It depends somewhat on the crew that you get. Our most recent service had Jose A and Ricardo and they were super fantastic. Not only were they efficient and careful, but they were also very considerate and patient. I was asking them to put things in specific rooms (because I can't move heavy things by myself) and they were very accommodating with helpful attitudes. I REALLY appreciate that.
