Staff rude to my parents, can’t get a call back or a hold of the manager for anything, ready to move them out already I don’t think they have been there 2 months even.
We take all feedback seriously and want to ensure every experience with our business is a positive one. After reviewing our records, we weren’t able to locate an account that may have had this experience.
If I could do no stars i would because the operations manager and the desk lady at this specific building are the most inconsiderate and heartless women I have ever met. First off, I rented my unit online. They gave me an access code that didn't work the door so the first 24 hours we rented the unit we couldn't even access it. Then when we could, we were moving our stuff in over night and we set up an air mattress for my kids to lay on while we moved our belongings in.

Reserving the storage unit process with simple and easy I was able to do everything from my phone and did not have to see anyone once I got there even had a complementary lock which was wonderful. It’s very Spacious and simple and the prices were very reasonable, and I think this was making them standout
