Ocean Storage Manager at the one on Towne Point Rd in Portsmouth Va is very unprofessional and rude. She refused to give me her name and gave me false information. Do not use this Storage facility under this manager.

Update on this place that I've been dealing with for a year and a half they raised the prices 3 different times and on the last time it went from $187 to $257 so instead of paying that every month I took everything out of my unit threw half my belongings on the street and put the rest that I could save in my shed and won't be coming back.....

I was given a rate of $170 when I moved my things in. In 90 days the rent increased $70. Very unreasonable. My neighbor said the same exact thing happened to him. Never again

Put trash cans out front unless you want trash everywhere smh this is a storage where people throw things away everyday so put a trash can outside
