Our move with Best Movers 4U was a terrible experience! We hired them based on good reviews, but they proved to be unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive, and uninsured. 1-They completely botched the install of our big screen TV; tearing up the wall with multiple holes and severely scratching up the screen. Despite assurances they would pay for the damages through insurance, they have given no compensation and have been completely unresponsive in letting us know what is going on.
The service was terrible. They arrived at the client’s home five hours late complaining about not wanting to work. I paid them cash, because they said that credit card charges were assessed a $30 fee and that they preferred cash. The …
Thank you for your review, however Best Movers 4U did not nor will ever complain about doing a job. We take extreme pride in our family business. We had an agreement to take items in the home to storage, not pack items blindly.
They did a great job....but unfortunately, one of my cabinet door's glass broke and the worker said he would take it to a shop for repair. I offered that I would pay for the repair, thinking things happen, but now, with numerous phone calls …

I have been using Best Movers for years and once again I am a satisfied customer. From the customer service to the ease and flexibility with getting your move scheduled its always a pleasant experience. You book they show up with the truck and take all the stress from moving away. They wrapped all my furniture and handled it with care, and kept the same friendliness and work ethic during the job which was a huge move .

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! My move with this company was better than I could have imagined (only because the moving industry has a lot of horror stories). This team treated my items like they were theirs and used extreme caution. They even left the boxes unstacked so unpacking would be easier for me. The guys were personable without slowing down the job. And one of the business owners was on site the entire time of my move (both moves).
