The movers initially appeared professional on the first day. However, on the second day, they only sent two movers to my location, which resulted in a 13-hour process just to load my items onto their trucks. At one point, they even left some items behind and claimed they would return later, causing an unnecessary delay of an hour. When the owner of the company was not on premises supervising the tasks, and working. The quality of service was not the same. It declined greatly.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank the moving team that helped our family transition into our new home after returning from Japan. My husband and I truly appreciated their willingness to stay and assist with unpacking, if we desired. The main gentleman who helped us was kind, sincere, and made a real connection with our family, which we are grateful for. However, we unfortunately encountered a serious issue with the moving process.

There is so much good to say about this incredible team! Bay Area Movers did a fantastic job with my move. As a military member relocating from Virginia to Japan, I had high expectations, and they exceeded every one of them. They were attentive to both my wife’s and my needs and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We requested that the move not be rushed into a single day and instead be spread out over four days, and they obliged without hesitation.
