BEWARE!!! Only use this place for storage if you want your belongs destroyed by rodents. And trust me Rodger is definitely going to deny any wrong doing, even though he's supposed to provide routine pest control.
We apologize for the negative experience you had with our storage facility. You are right, after we inspected the property this week we found a neighboring business had created a problem area for us. This has been addressed with management, and we are quickly moving towards a clean solution.
My (veteran)father in law died decently and my husband (who is also a veteran) had to travel 10+ hours to come handle his affairs. One of the tasks was to pay the balance and close the storage unit out he had. First my husband went to the court house and got the small estate claim paperwork he needed from the probate office, he was instructed that this document along with the death certificate would legally allow him access to all his fathers property including his dads bank and personal items from the police…

I rent space for my rv and have rented here for several years just to park it. Last year Dominion Energy had a project going thru the area and everyone had to vacate the property. We were given ample notice and said project was supposed to be for 3 months, then went to 6 months. Long story short, 13 months later although Dominion project was completed several months ago and me having to call them multiple times, I was allowed to come back BUT for a 160% PRICE INCREASE.

Rented a unit from here to store my mother's belongings for the past eight months only to have to throw away 90% of the unit due to an infestation of mice and roaches ( no food was stored here). The past two months me and my mother have called to talk to the manager. Veronica, continues to say she will have the manager contact me, and I still haven't received a call.

First, I would like to say the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! They are friendly and very customer oriented. I spent hours trying to find a storage facility where I could get my moving pod dropped off. I was able to get my moving container delivered at the facility for Four days when other storage facilities would not allow a pod container on their premises. I was not charged extra for a parking space. The climate controlled unit fee is really affordable. The facility and my storage unit is very clean.

I've been a client of theirs for over 5 years.. The unit area and the units itself are very clean. You can easily get in contact with them whenever needed. They're always courteous, kind and polite . I feel like all my possessions are safe.
