3 Men Movers - San Antonio

They claim to have "LOST" a very big and expensive flat screen tv, not to mention the other stuff that was "lost" or damaged when returned. When asked where they were located we're not given an answer. When asked where my stuff is, no answer. When given the bosses number to call about they missing TV, no answer and no voicemail can be left, not is there a call back. Everytime I attempt to reach out, nothing. It's infuriating. I want my TV back or to be compensated. The TV was clearly stolen.

This is a delayed review as I hired them months ago and its been a hectic time getting settled in. They charge like an 80.00 trip fee just to show up. They showed up the day before we closed on the new house and the 3 guys walked around and threw a fit that we had too many boxes and said our furniture looked too heavy. We argued with them for almost an hour and I called the office and begged them to move our stuff, but the guys just got back into their truck and left.

After 10+ moves with the military, this is by far the WORST movers I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews... No one spoke English, and the one guy who spoke enough was incredibly rude and couldn't understand me. At the end of the move, I had to take over and do everything because my Spanish and their English wasn't good enough. They damaged my shelf ends, bed frame, and couch, and the best part is they stacked my totes 4 and 5 up on the dolly. I said that's not a good idea; those are heavy...

These guys are liars. They damaged my 6K custom epoxy table when we moved, they recognized it during the move, I asked them how to file a claim for the damage and they never responded. I had to call their corporate number a week later and was able to file a claim. Upon filing the claim, the movers said the damage was there already - WHICH IS COMPLETELY FALSE - they damaged my table and refused to take ownership. DO NOT USE THEM - BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Apparently this company only services clean houses. I am a real estate investor who had a contract to purchase a fixer-upper house from an old, feeble, disabled, Vietnam Vet. The man was living in complete squalor and his home was being robbed on a weekly basis. I hired 3 Men Movers to move a him out of his dilapidated, dangerous, dirty environment, and into a nice, clean home. On the day of the move, the scheduled start time was 8 am.

So It started off amazing ! They were very prompt on time. Extremely efficient and showed great team skills! The tall gentleman was very polite and strong I was very impressed how much they got done in the time frame they did and their ability to pack everything so perfectly! They loved ALL of my XL tvs with ZERO damages!!!! But then when it came time to have them follow us literally two miles down the road they intentionally fall behind and don’t show up for another 40 min almost !

When they connected my washer at my new house, they plugged the hose into the incorrect faucet for the hot and cold water. So the hot and cold water are backwards. When washing clothes I realized it had been using hot water when I was selecting the cold water setting, and since it was using hot water (because he plugged the cold water hose into the hot water faucet) all my clothes were fading. (The washer automatically uses the cold water hose for the rinse cycle no matter which cycle I choose.

I paid over $800 to 3 Men Movers for moving services from San Antonio to Austin, and now I'm going to have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for damages done to my old apartment and my new apartment. As evidenced in the photos below, one of the movers was careless when moving my washer and made a large hole in the wall of my old apartment. He was not professional and did not even bring this up to me; I happened to see the large hole in the wall and I asked him to bring this up to his supervisor immediately.
