The owner of Veterans Best Movers, Manuel C., scheduled my move. Scheduling the move was easy. The actual move is where the problems began. • Manuel said, ‘we don’t use a truck when the move is within the same apartment complex.’ • Two men arrived, no truck per Manuel’s direction. After several trips by foot, I suggested rather than carrying my furniture and boxes, they could use my small car to transport everything to my new apartment.

If you have a larger scale move (anything above 2500 sqft of home), I would go with a more capable and professional company. At the beginning, throughout the sales and setup process, I felt really good about utilizing Veteran's Best. Even when they started the move it was very solid. They worked very hard and seemed to work well as a team. But once I left, things slowed down considerably.
Not good experience- were late, did not finish job, as at 6:30 said had to get to another job, left their trash behind, blocked traffic on street , creating collision. Unreliable, their tardiness necessitated cancellation of house cleaner who could not reschedule. Telephone communication good, scheduling was excellent - the movers just did not equal first impression given. Veterans Best Movers have caused me more issues than solved.
When trying to communicate with the person that answered the phone I’m assuming he was the owner, he was rude just by a lack of manners. First he didn’t allow me to ask for the service then he had the audacity to laugh when I said “thats …

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — These Men DID NOT PLAY About Moving! 😂💪🏽 I honestly cannot say enough good things about Veterans Best Movers! These guys were AMAZING from start to finish. Friendly, professional, respectful, and FAST — like “blink and your whole apartment is empty” fast. 😂 They had my entire move DONE in about an hour and a half! And when I say these men are STRONG… I mean STRONG.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE from beginning to end!! These gentlemen arrived early were extremely efficient and competent. They worked fast, very carefully and as a team. I was so impressed and grateful!
I can’t say enough good things about Veterans Best Movers! From the moment they pulled up, the entire crew was professional, friendly, and respectful. Each person took the time to introduce themselves, learn our names, and shake our hands, and that first impression really set the tone for the whole move. They took incredible care of our home and our belongings. They covered the doors, protected the floors, and carefully wrapped and covered all of our furniture before moving anything.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Veterans Best Movers! Juan, Carlos, and Issac were incredible from start to finish. They were quick, professional, kind, and extremely efficient, while still taking the time to make sure everything was handled with care. Moving can be stressful, but these guys made the entire process feel easy. They made us feel comfortable, taken care of, and confident that our belongings were in great hands.
