Every time I have to go to the doctor I get pissed all over again!!! These jokers broke my bed and then refused to fix it. It’s so broken that I tried to get someone to repair it but it couldn’t be repaired. I had back surgery and bought a mattress and frame specifically for my back. Now I have to find a way to by another bed!!! Now they might be rich enough to go out and drops thousands on a new bed at any given time but I’m not. I trusted them to move my things as if they were moving their things.
Caution Before Hiring Movers of San Antonio We hired Movers of San Antonio on February 26, 2026 to move our townhome into our new home. What should have been a straightforward move turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. Before leaving the property, we gave very clear instructions. Fewer than 10 items were to remain, all placed together in one specific corner.
It took 3 hours to load my small 2 bedroom apartment. I had only budgeted for 4 hours because I have moved several times and it’s never taken over 4 hours to move. They kept expressing to me over and over that “it’s more time” at any moment they had to remove a tv off the wall or disconnect my washer and dryer. They arrive at 9:45 didn’t finish loading until 12:30. It’s a FIRST FLOOR small 2 bedroom apartment with no obnoxious large furniture. I only wanted assistance with the furniture and heavy boxes.
The one star is solely for the good job the movers did. The fact this moving company does not have boxes on hand is mind blowing. I have moved over a dozen times in my lifetime and every time it was with a different moving company both at the local and national level and they always had moving boxes available. Additionally, when I called the front office to ask if they had boxes, the front desk clerk made me feel like I was asking some absolutely absurd question, definitely not professional.

Eric & Dewain were amazing! These gentlemen were friendly & very meticulous in wrapping all of our furniture. This is our second time using this company to help us move & they never disappoint! We have very big furniture and some pieces have granite built in, but they handled it with no problem. They were very diligent, careful, and efficient. I can’t thank Movers of San Antonio enough for sending out Eric and Jorell! They showed up right on time and got straight to work moving everything immediately. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and handled everything with care, making the whole moving process so much less stressful. If you’re thinking about moving, I highly recommend Movers of San Antonio. Be sure to ask for Eric and Jorell you won’t be disappointed!
We recently moved into our new home on 7/20. Dewain and Jorell were fantastic! They were efficient, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend movers of San Antonio! Dewain and Jorell were also so nice to my kids. When we got to our new house they carried my infant inside the house for me. I thought that was so sweet because they truly went above and beyond. Also at the end of the move they have a body armor drink and my 3 year old son was asking for juice and he gave it to my son.
Eric and Demetrius were absolutely fantastic. They were efficient, careful, and incredibly professional from start to finish. They wrapped all of my furniture and made sure everything was protected before moving it. I really appreciated that they asked where I wanted items placed and took the time to make sure everything was set how I wanted it. They made the whole process feel so much less stressful. Honestly, they were everything you could hope for in movers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
