Filed a complaint with Texas DMV. I hired Swift Movers LLC for a move in San Antonio on February 20, 2026. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV.

WORST. PACKERS/MOVERS. EVER!!!!! They’ve damaged and/or destroyed so many things in, not only my apartment, but in several others as well. The way things have been packed I’m convinced they picked up people off the street to work for them that very day. The worst damage they did was to an original oil painting my parent bought Paris that I have carried with me since my parents died. Irreplaceable. It brought me to tears. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!

Lack of accountability and customer service skills are evident. My disabled mother’s tv was broken in transportation and nothing is to be done. $800 for a move but somehow there is no funds being set aside to cover damages caused by the movers themselves. Horrible ownership of a business.

We had an amazing experience with this moving company, thanks to our two incredible movers, Sergio and Christopher. Also a shout out to Luis who helped us with the quote process. The movers were kind, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. They gave us a courtesy call before arriving and showed up exactly within the promised window. They completed our move between apartment units right on the estimated timeline—and even managed to move more than we expected within that time.
