I went with this company due to all the positive reviews. My husband was deployed and I needed to move with my 4 kids so I really needed the help. During our walk through for an estimate, I was told everything that is disassembled would be reassembled for me and to “make it even easier and quicker” I could disassemble before the movers came. The guys were initially very nice while we waited for the others to arrive (they were late).

I hired this company to load a truck I rented and drove across the country, because a full move by a moving company was a bit beyond my budget. Actually it was this company that offered to load my truck because he understood that his quote was beyond my budget. Also because of all the 5 star reviews. Whether I hired them to complete the entire move or just load a truck, you would expect the same level of professionalism and quality of work regardless of what the job required. Clearly, this did not happen.

I chose 4th Quarter Moving based on several recommendations from friends and family, so I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the communication over the phone was poor from the start, and I never felt valued as a new customer. What disappointed me most was the co-owner’s dismissive attitude toward my concerns. Good customer service starts with communication and respect, and I didn’t experience either.

Time flies quickly and I almost forgot to give this company a review. This was the absolute best, easiest, and care-free move we ever experienced. We moved from a home where all of my primary rooms were up 16 stairs. (Yes, I counted them daily and that is partially why I moved). On the main level of the house were 5 rooms, a patio (with furniture) and 2 sheds. Upstairs were 6 rooms, 6 closets, and an UPSTAIRS laundry room. 4 men showed up to my door on the dot.

I truly had a 4th quarter situation and D and the team came through, so I’m currently dancing in the end zone. Top notch service from start to finish and they stayed until the job was done. I needed packing as well as moving services and they were able to provide both. I felt like they cared for my things as they packed them, they cared for my new home as they unloaded, and they had professional pleasant attitudes throughout the whole process even though it was a huge job.
I can't recommend 4th Quarter Moving enough! From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. As I adjusted what I planned to move throughout the process, they were more than willing to adjust my quote accordingly, which I really appreciated. They were transparent, flexible, and made what could have been a stressful move so much easier. A huge thank you to Keith, Evan, Jacob, Ethan, Dee, and Chris.

4th quarter move is awesome. We used them for our move from Clarksville Tn to Pensacola Florida. We had a month between closing and they stored our household goods for us. I can’t say enough good things. They arrived on time called prior to let us know they were on way packed up house in a few hours. They were very respectful of our furniture and wrapped everything they even boxed up big pics I could not pack myself.
