In their own words
First, this company should change its name. The care they deliver is anything but tender. I can say that dealing with Tyrone was easy. He was polite and on time. We had a long distance move to Virginia. When my furniture was delivered and I had time to check for damages I found that just about every piece of furniture had been damaged. Broken lamp base. Scratches all over most of the wooden furniture, scrapes on the metal furniture, etc. He claims that blankets were used on all of the furniture.

ATC Moving Company came highly recommended and they were even better than their reputation. Prompt, courteous, excellent customer service, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and kept their commitment. They helped us pack, move and unloaded all of our boxes and furniture efficiently. I cannot say enough about the absolutely stellar job that Tyrone and his crew did for us this past week (on the HOTTEST day of the year!). We moved from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment (one building down). Tyrone and Arch had EVERYTHING (including groceries!) moved within 6 hours. I started calling Tyrone about a month before our move, and he was so patient and kind with me every time.
Cannot recommend enough! Tyrone was friendly, professional, and communicative. I kept adding a few additional items to move because I'd forgotten about them, and it was always 'no worries' and 'sure thing.' We never discussed them hooking up washer and dryer at the new house - they just went ahead and did it. For a service that charges by the hour, they HUSTLED. I couldn't believe how fast the whole process was, and am so glad that we hired ATC to make our move.
Thank you so much for the great review! We really appreciate you trusting ATC Moving Company with your move. Glad to hear our team’s flexibility, hustle, and care stood out—that’s exactly … More
