This company completely destroyed everything we own when they moved us. All furniture destroyed, 3 large TVs, grandfather clock, we have lots of stuff missing. They were supposed to make it right but never heard back from them. Signed a contract for them to reimburse us but nothing. Looks like we will have to get an attorney involved to get them to make this right. Beware of this company!!!!
The worst experience ever. First was collecting moving information the day before and instead of it being a simple confirmation, it turned into the owner Joseph, asking for a delayed 2 hour start time. Didn’t care that I only had the truck for a limited time. I hired 3 movers for 6 hours. Only 1 guy showed and even he arrived near 12pm. The time HE asked for and still couldn’t deliver. It was near 2pm and still no one else had showed but gave the excuse of “they went to the wrong house” how?
RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! RUN!!! JOSEPH WATKINS HELD MY BELONGINGS HOSTAGE UNTIL I PAID HIM AN ADDITIONAL $5000. IN CASH AND 3 MONTHS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE MY STUFF! THIS MAN WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING AND IT WILL ALL BE LIES!!!
DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I hired "All Hands On Moving" by owner Joseph to move my sister from Tennessee to Texas. Joseph walked her home and gave her a quote for $3,500.00 to move all her belongings. He wanted a deposit of $1,000.00, which was paid weeks before move. 2 days before move was told he needed me to vemno him the remainder of the money due to cash flow issue. I did not have vemno, but did have cash app.
This guy called me yesterday and he said I really need this moving done on Sunday pretty much less than 24 hours notice. I can’t say enough good things about this moving company. They did an exceptional job loading the truck—everything was packed efficiently, securely, and with real care. What impressed me most was that they were able to step in and help on very short notice, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. The team was professional, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing. If you need reliable movers who show up and deliver, I highly recommend them.
I can’t brag enough on these guys, seriously, when I say they go over and beyond From the packaging, communicating and handling your belongings, as if it was there’s!!!! I didn’t have nothing displaced, broken damaged nothing, NOTHING! Make them your first call, you won’t regret it
Joseph was wonderful. He got our move in very fast, hardly any notice and made sure we got done some day. Highly recommend. His crew was so kind and we will definitely use him again. Joseph was kind and eager to help us, really great experience!
