Terrible Experience – Do Not Use This Company! If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom hired 513movers and it was an absolute nightmare. The movers themselves were great—professional and hardworking—but the company itself is a complete scam. The job was supposed to take a day, but it dragged into two days, and when the final bill came, it was double the original estimate with no explanation whatsoever. To make matters worse, they damaged her belongings and refused to take responsibility.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received from a company. I have never left a review in my entire life up until this moment, and it's an absolute shame that it has to be a bad review on a local business trying to get by. That being said, Andrew, if you are reading this, I want you to take this as a lesson on how to treat people with respect. Just to clarify before I begin, the entirety of my issues with 513 Movers stems from the owner, Andrew.

If I could give 0 stars I would . This company was completely unprofessional. They damaged our 65 in tv and the owner kept saying he will put in a claim with insurance but it’s been weeks since we heard anything back and it’s been about 8 weeks since we moved . Horrible customer service. I would recommend two men and a truck . My mom moved with them and when they damaged her bed framing , it was resolved that same week.

If there was a negative star rating, I would choose that. Andrew was a great salesman that said all the right things. When it came to moving day, total disaster. He treated his workers terrible, made promises to me that he didn’t keep. The men didn’t get paid for our job on time. They had to wait hours and hours at gas stations waiting for him to send gas money. We moved from Cincinnati to Naples.

I have had the most unpleasant experience with 513 movers. I paid $250 for them to move a washer and dryer from one location to another on 11/27/23. They arrived in a big moving truck which only included my washer and dryer and i was unsure how secure the items would be. Once the items were delivered the washer we heard drop as one the movers were in the bathroom. The movers left after that and we proceeded to hook up our washer.

We decided to install hardwood flooring in five rooms and the hall upstairs and two rooms on the main level. The hardwood floor contractor recommended 513 Movers as they had good past experience with them. I called Andrew Englehart, the owner, to get an estimate. He sent out two of his movers and gave an estimate of $1,900 shortly thereafter. I did not sign his email accepting the estimate as I wanted a copy of his liability insurance. He never gave it to me despite many requests.

Updated as of December 6, 2023... It appears Andrew has blocked us so we can't get an update as to why we haven't received an insurance check for our broken items... We used 513 Movers for our 900-mile move in September. It was an awful experience. They did not remove the legs from our dining room table and destroyed the table- the entire side of the table is cracked. A very special wall hanging is missing- which I had said was important while it was in a mover's hands.

Andrew was polite and respectful. That is why they got one star instead of none. The move was awful. Andrew personally looked at our belongings to quote us. The move was supposed to take 8 hours and took 3 days! The amount we were charged was double the quote. We had over 20k in damage to our furniture and our hardwood floors were scratched and needed refinishing as well. Andrew submitted an insurance claim and we received notification that his insurance did not cover our belongings or damage.
