Very unprofessional service provided , booked them last minute since other moving services I use were not available. The movers were not careful with the items and boxes , did not cover any furniture with blankets and wrapped, threw my desk mat outside my apartment before picking it up to move . Misplaced bed frame screw and I had to go hunting for new one to get the frame assembled later by myself as I had requested not to assemble it at my new place .

The expeirence was not great! The crew arrived on time and I did have additional items after going through the check list and I paid for the additional items. I am going to provide you with a list of items that were damaged in the move. I have had bigger "fish to fry" so the reason for the delay. I would be happy to provide pictures if you want them. One crew member complained repeatedly that he was doing more work than the other two.

I hired Leaders Moving & Storage Co. for a full pack service for a 3-bedroom apartment in advance of an interstate move. The professional packers were highly unskilled at best for the service. Boxes of the wrong size were used. Items not wrapped appropriately. For example - they put my kitchen aid in a huge box next to some glass Tupperware. Nothing was wrapped. So the kitchen aid tipped over.

I used this company for a recent move and had a very disappointing experience with how damage was handled. One of my furniture pieces had the entire base broken off during the move. The movers told me someone would be coming to my home that week to repair it, but no one ever contacted me. When I called the company, I found out the movers hadn’t even filed a claim. Someone in the office filed it afterward and told me it would likely be sent to Columbus for repair.

This was by far the worst moving experience that we have ever had. The only reason I gave two stars is due to the fact that the move was timely, reasonably priced, and the manager did come out to try to help things along. Upon arrival they pulled into my driveway blaring loud disrespectful music. They smoked quite a bit to where the smell of cigarettes lingered in our home.

My move with Leaders Moving was a complete disaster. Worst moving experience ever. Unwashed crew with a bad smell and dirty uniforms smashed my furniture, dented my appliances, tracked mud and grease into my houses, walked on my mattress (after 'forgetting" the promised mattress bags), left me with holes in my walls, used rude language in my house and drove their truck through my yard and the neighbor's, making a big rut.

Updated post-job i.e. billing: Dear shoppers - you will see they invoice based on an inventory count. DO NOT have them out to your house until you have ALL OF YOUR MOVING INVENTORY clearly established and identified. We were in the process of packing up and moving smaller things ourselves and was told by Joshua that the crew chief would do an updated count pre-move, which never happened. So we were invoiced based on our original count, not what was actually moved.

Leaders - The Movers from Hell We recently contracted with Leaders to pack-load-move-unload our household from Cincinnati, OH to Columbus, OH. Calling the experience an unmitigated disaster is an understatement. The problem, as we understand it, began during the walk-through by the Leaders representative. Evidently, he grossly underestimated the size of our household. We even contacted Leaders twice before our move date to ask about two pieces of furniture that seemingly were not on the inventory.
