I would give zero stars, if that was an option. Even though we had been in communication daily for about 5 days leading up to my move, they were a no-show - without even the courtesy of a text, email, or phone call in response to my message asking if plans had changed. Perhaps a blessing in disguise; who knows how they would have handled my belongings if they were this negligent in keeping commitments.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and were professional throughout the entire move. Everything was handled carefully and there was no damage to any of my belongings or the property. I also really appreciated that the price we agreed on ahead of time was exactly the price I was charged, with no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.
Thank you Mathew. We really appreciate the positive review. Glad everything went smoothly & that you were happy with the service from start to finish! Best of luck to you.
We were recommended by our realtor to use this moving company and I am so happy that we did. The communication was incredible, with basically immediate responses to inquiries and absolutely NO pressure or harassment (which I found other companies would do). Their pricing is competitive but fair, and everything was done highly efficiently. We used their movers just this past weekend, and based off of our needs, they sent us 2 movers. They called us with a 10 minute before arrival heads up, and got right to work.
Thank you for writing this positive and well detailed review of your experience Sabrina! You are a sweetheart. Appreciate your generosity towards our team members, and we are extremely grateful, and glad to have met your expectations of a great and seamless move. Best of luck to you!
I have been dealing with this company for about four years, and honestly, it has been one of the best experiences I have had. The team is amazing, strong, agile, and fast, and they take great care of the items. Ahmed, in particular, is always a huge help—he responds to my requests immediately, without any delay or procrastination. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Aisha! Thank you so much for the glowing review. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with you throughout all these years, and I hope we can continue providing you great service going forward.
My family and I recently moved from Vanier to Nepean and 6Thirteen Moving & Storage was amazing. Adam and his team were very professional, friendly, punctual, careful, and efficient. Special shout-out to Dalton and Noah for their excellent service! The pricing was also fair, transparent, and competitive. Overall, I highly recommended using this company. Thank you!
Thank you Winston & Marika, for the glowing review. I'm very glad we made it work smoothly given the small hiccup. Our entire team wishes you all the best, success and happiness - take good care!
