In their own words
A-1 was able to move my 1960s CONN organ over the weekend. We needed to find someone quickly to make the move happen by the end of the month. The gentlemen they sent us were prompt, efficient, and so very pleasant! Their customer service people were also friendly and very helpful. I am 100% satisfied with A-1 and though I hope not to move again any time soon, I will be using them next time!
A1 Piano Movers are careful & thorough instrument movers. Even though they are Dayton based, they were in Cincinnati today for another job and were able to move a piano across town for me. We had a tight schedule, I had to run an errand between the pick-up and delivery and A1 managed to find my house & set up for delivery by the time I arrived home.
My partner and I hired A1 Piano Movers to move a piano we found on Facebook and they made the process so incredibly easy! In fact, when we called for a quote, we told them what we later found to be the wrong number of steps, and they made sure to call to let us know about the possible up charge before they moved it. In the end, they were generous and understanding about our limited experience in moving pianos and delivered remarkable service for a reasonable price. Thank you!
A1 Piano Movers did an outstanding job moving our piano from Cincinnati, Ohio to Billings, Montana. Excellent communication, flawless handling, and on‑time delivery. The piano arrived in perfect condition and was set up exactly where we wanted it. Five stars without hesitation.
