In their own words
A Arnold is an absolute joke. we hired them to move us from Lawrence Kansas to La Mesa, California in late 2023. 1. They under estimated the size of the move. This required an overflow truck and required our items to be taken off of trucks, stored, then repacked, then moved again and unpacked again. This increases the risk of damage. They said this was our fault but it's their job to accurately estimate the move.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Nick, Josh, Paul, and Elijah (hope I didn't leave anyone out) to pack and move an apartment to a townhome. Those guys did an amazing job. They asked questions to confirm everything that was needed to be done. The communication skills and interaction was exceptional. I was overall pleased with the experience!
