Rasheed Davonta Brian Adam Bain Brent and marquis . The previous review was done by one of the movers it is not my review. I am editing it because the more we unpack the more damage I am finding. I am so pissed at them no wonder they try to get people to pay more for insurance. Ridiculous how much they damaged and then tried to hide it. Never use this company I'm just glad I didn't allow them to move my collectable or dishes.

**After unpacking for about two weeks, I had to come back on here to revise my original review. I don’t believe our things (though most weren’t of super high value) were package with care. Our kids toys were package in the same box as the plunger and toilet bowl brush. How disgusting. There were two frame post left out when putting our bed together. Every other dresser was wrapped with the clothes left inside except for mine.
Hey Jasmine! Thank you for taking the time to update your review. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience ended on a sour note. That’s never our goal, especially after your original 5-star feedback. I wanted to address a few key points so future customers can understand both sides.
Terrible experience today. I would stay away if you’re a female. Very sexist. Contract said pick up at one address and deliver at another. My male friend gave the addresses when booking. I had a migraine and he had to direct them. We got in a fight the night before so he had them put my stuff in a storage unit. They even let him take thousands of dollars of appliances out of my unit without even asking me - I was the one who signed the contract and the one that had to pay. WOMEN STAY AWAY.
Movers were in a big hurry and didn’t take necessary care. After move Josh was notified of issues. He came out and looked at furniture (3 pieces minor damaged) and refrigerator. He indicated refrigerator was not covered however demage was pretty extensive. He said he would do something. Since then he has not returned calls or answered emails. Would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Movefasa Moving LLC. My move coordinator, Jake Thomson, was fantastic—he gave me a great price, had outstanding communication, and even checked in with me before moving day to make sure everything was set. On the day of the move, my crew (Josiah, Karl, and Clayton) exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, worked incredibly hard, and treated both my belongings and my home with great care.
Thank you Phelps family for giving us the honor of servicing your move for you! It was great to meet your wonderful family! Hope you're getting settled in over Labor Day Weekend!
Excellent Experience! This was a two part move over a two week span. The first crew Brent and two others ( sorry I can’t remember their names! ) and the second crew, Brent, Justin and Erick always showed up exactly on time and kept me informed throughout the entire moving process. I was relocating my dental practice to a brand new building on Main Street in Blue Springs.

Not sure if this will be a duplicate post, as I may have submitted prior to intending to do so, but wanted to make sure and return and leave a rave review of our experience with our Movefasa team (Erick, Josiah, Brent, Dean, & Clayton). These guys were professional, efficient, and I could not be happier with our experience. They wrapped the bannisters and railings on the stairwell, the front door, and the door jambs to prevent damage during the process.
You guys are the absolute best! Thank you for trusting us and we can't wait to service the second part of your job!
These guys ROCK!!! Not only did they come out to check out what I was starting with but also Josh (one of the owners) walked me thru REALISTIC expectations IN PERSON and even came up with workable solutions to stay within my budget. He didn’t try to push me into anything I wasn’t already wanting unlike other quotes who wouldn’t let me off the phone. When it came to Move-In day the crew that showed up were BEYOND professional and so much FUN! They were kind to each other, they were joking with me and each other.
