We used this local storage UNITS company for several months while we were waiting for our new home to be completed. The experience was flawless from beginning to end—prompt/clear communication, efficient delivery and pickup of the UNITS, great price, and perhaps most important, nothing damaged or broken during this move. Tommy was so friendly and helpful, I would 💯 recommend their services.

From speaking with Carolyn every time I called to the delivery by Adrian everything was phenomenal. Carolyn was very professional and kind and answered all my questions. She even was able to work delivery in yo my schedule which was great since I had waited until the last minute. Adrian delivered the unit and was so kind and professional as well. He even worked late to accommodate my urgent need of the pod. You coukd tell he has done this often and was a whiz at getting the pod from the truck to my driveway.

UNITS of KC far exceeded my expectations from the moment I contacted them initially and was treated like family by Carolyn, thru the pick up procedure by Adrian who likewise, brought back to me hope that there are still people out there who are kind, professional and with a clear understanding and demonstration of making the human part of the work we do personal and positive. I was having my garage floor refinished and had never rented a container before.

This was a last-minute ordeal and Carolyn has obviously been through this with customers before. She was calm and very detailed with direction, confirmations and keeping me cool. There was a bad ice storm, and they even came to pick up the unit on a Saturday because the weather put them back one day. I was given straps to use but decided since this is a small business, I trusted them to be good at their jobs. Only one thing fell over, and it was Christmas paper. No biggie.
