Have not had my piano tuned for six years and scheduled with John. He did an excellent job. Scheduling was incredibly easy online. John promptly showed up at the time I scheduled. He was very professional, efficient and had it tuned up sounding great. I will be using him for all of my future tunings and highly recommend if you need a good quality piano tuner.
5⭐️ Rating! John did a great job with our piano, which hadn't been tuned in decades. Great communication, timely arrival, and clear expertise in addressing the tuning and action. Our family heirloom sounds so much better after the first appt, can't wait to hear it after the final tuning!
John arrived exactly on time and went right to work on our piano. I expected a second tuning was needed, since it had been several years between tunings, and our piano was unplayable. John was meticulous and when he finished, he said one tuning was enough. I appreciated his integrity in that regard and will definitely use John in the future.
