In their own words
I selected A.C. White for my relocation from Atlanta to Denver, and that was my mistake. Loading was done on time 5/31, however delivery is going to be a different story. I was guaranteed the delivery range of 6/3-6/8 and was just informed they won't deliever until 6/12. I think the worst part about it is that I had to make numerous calls before they would even tell me this information. My recourse in all of this is a joke. Every day they are late I get a discount of 1.2% on an almost $9000 bill.
This disastrous unprofessional so called moving company gave us the worst moving experience in our lives when we moved from Woodstock, GA to Columbus, OH in April of this year. We had artwork that was destroyed, antique furniture that was …
Made the mistake of using AC White for a December 2017 move. Terrible customer service and management. Terry came to our house weeks before the move to estimate the truck size required to move contents of my 3,200 sq. ft. home. All was there for him to see. On moving day, it became apparent that the truck was not close to big enough to fit everything. The company did nothing to fix the problem. I had to take the initiative to pick up a 10 foot truck at U-Haul and bring back to the house.
After receiving two other quotes, we decided to hire this moving company (we liked John Galloway). We're off to a rotten start: Day One: EIGHT minutes before the packers were to arrive, I received a call from Tara coldly informing me that the packers were not going to come today. Note, this was to be a two day pack and we arranged our lives around this today.
Do not do business with this company unless you want to have a horrible move experience. Mislead and misinformed through the whole process and once move was complete they wanted to charge us an additional $1,200. Felt scammed.
AC White United Van Lines is the worst Moving company I have ever had to do business with in my life. I have moved many times in my life and this was the worst. I asked for …
Avoid this place at all cost they don’t go by appointment times even though they give you appointment times and there is no sense of urgency you’ve been warned
Movers were great! Back office, not so much. Prices are competitive but customer service and follow up need some improvement.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I've had the privilege of working with A.C. White on multiple occasions now and they have exceeded every expectation I've had for movers. Honestly, it will be hard to find home movers now that I've worked with this team. Tim and his crew are incredibly professional and FAST. I have approached Tim more than once for a project with a quick turnaround and they have met every deadline days early. As soon as they get on site, they start working.
We truly appreciate your continued trust in A.C. White and the team. Tim and the crew take great pride in delivering fast, professional service, and it means a lot to hear that it’s making a difference for you. We’re always happy to accommodate tight timelines and ensure everything runs smoothly.
The gentlemen who performed my move were amazing! I can't tell you how happy I am that I got that particular crew! I had a difficult move from a 2-story home into a 3-story with a lot of heavy furniture and they were fast, careful, …
My moving experience with your company was outstanding! The packers with Troy's crew were very efficient. The movers with David's crew were tireless and so competent! Last of all, Hoke and Giovanni, who came to pick up my boxes, were very hard-working, too. Richard's estimate was right-on and lower than another I received. I will definitely recommend your company.
Great Workers and Great Service. We moved to California with in transit storage of up to 7 months. The team that packed our house did a great job with all of our goods. Thank to Denise Talson, Terry Cason and Tara Jones for quick responses …
