I scheduled moving with this firm because we have a very close friend that was manager there. I felt, although price was comparable from other vendors, I would get the best service from them. Wrong choice! Packing & Loading went great. However since we were moving about 450 miles away, the moving crew, apparently had other jobs they needed to be at. Unloading was terrible. It made no difference what name was on box, they were only interested in unloading trucks and leaving.
Sadly, this was a hoarding situation. We normally do not perform these types of moves, but in an attempt to help this customer, because they were friends with our General Manger's mother, we decided to perform the move. The saying "no good … More
I do not normally write to the owner of a business who perform services for me but I feel compelled to do so in this situation. I recently engaged your company to move my household belongings. My realtor recommended your company based on a positive review from one of her neighbors.I reviewed your company and based on your positive reviews, backing from "Trust Dale” and competitive pricing, I selected your company to move my belongings.

My experience was split between an amazing moving crew and a very frustrating experience with management. First, Jaime and his crew were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and were unbelievably fast. They were professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, everything went downhill because of the estimate. We moved from a 3 bed/3 bath ranch with a basement, and their estimator viewed the entire house through a FaceTime walkthrough. The house was packed and everything was visible.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this companies large 27ft box trucks were trailing each other leaving a gas station, and in efforts to stay behind the other vehicle . This guy wasn’t stopping and completely disregard road rules , he continued to merge in front of me almost causing me and others to crash and forced to brake hard. To the owner and management of this company, please be careful who you hire and make sure they’re properly trained before letting them operate a large vehicle.
I have tried calling them multiple times regarding pick up and balance due date of pick up but there wait is over 20 min and someone called me back clearly pretending to not hear me. I have not ever had a problem with the other line hearing me. Someone obviously wanted to pretend they did their job and “called back” but clearly wasn’t ready to work and assist.

Used ShipNDip for my move from Decatur to Lawrenceville and honestly can’t recommend them enough. This was a full two bedroom apartment - king bed, dressers, TVs, all of it - and they showed up right on time, which already puts them ahead of most movers I’ve dealt with. From there it was smooth - they moved fast but nothing felt rushed or careless, everything was handled professionally start to finish, nothing scratched or banged up. Communication was the standout for me.

Georgia Pack and Load is by far the best moving company we've ever used!! Leonard and Jordan were absolutely amazing! They handled our overnight move four hours away and made the entire process so much less stressful. It was around 100 degrees with an extreme heat advisory, but they worked so hard the entire time and had the best attitudes. Their communication was great and even arrived early for our move-in.

We had such an incredible experience with Georgia Pack and Load, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning, Ralph and his team went above and beyond. What really stood out to me was the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire process. Ralph personally drove down from Atlanta to provide our initial quote and walk-through, taking the time to answer every question we had and making sure we felt comfortable with such a huge cross-country move from Georgia to California.

I can’t recommend Georgia Pack & Load enough! They recently moved my mother, and from start to finish they were absolutely outstanding. The crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my mother’s furniture and personal belongings as if they were their own, taking great care with every item. Moving can be stressful, especially for an elderly parent, but these guys made the entire process smooth and worry-free.
