DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. EVER!!!!! I repeatedly told them they couldn't bring an 18 wheeler in the neighborhood and what showed up this morning??? An 18 wheeler. Now, I'm liable if it tears up the road. DENNIS was the salesman and was the most ineffective, inefficient and unresponsive sales person even though we're spending over $25000 plus monthly storage fees. I repeat DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. IF I HAD A CHOICE, I WOULD CANCEL. BUT, THEY GET YOU IN A BOX.

Scheduled them for 5/23, and was told that their truck broke down. Totally get it, that happens. They assured us that they would still be able to move us before the last day on the lease which was the 25th or that they would find us a backup. When that day came around they would not answer our calls and never called us back. We ended up having to file for an extension on the lease and pay extra because of it. Super unprofessional

I chose Jason Taylor Moving due to the 4.6 star rating at the time of our move. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment in Cumming GA to a home in Buford GA. The move was completed with the exception of damage to a barely year old ceiling fan ($200 value). Also, the bedframe for our master bedroom was also left on the truck which had to be redelivered.

BE WARNED OF SCAM of UNHOOKING WASHER AND DRYER $220.00 Charge I signed up with these guys and 2 days before the move to Ohio, I changed it to local a move. They had no locals movers so I had to find new movers in 2 days. They said that was OK with them. A person showed up on the day of the move saying he was with the movers, to unhook a washer and dryer. Still no price discussed and he did not disclose what mover he was with. After paying him in cash $110.00 because he would not except anything else.

I don't recommend this mover. I tried them a year ago. They moved my whole house into storage until my new house was completed. Once the new house was completed they couldn't give me a timely date to move my things into my new house causing me to have to call another mover. They then charged me to move my things to the loading dock where the new mover could load their truck. The owner's daughter was extremely rude to me. A year later I scheduled a move with them at my realtor's recommendation.

NEVER use this company. Their storage facilities were not water tight, and water got into my unit molding my couches. Then there was the bug infestation. Followed by their incompetent record keeping.... We told them multiple times that our information on file was wrong and to update it. They didn't. When we suffered a traumatic family crisis and forgot about our storage bill, there was no friendly reminder, no certified mail, no contact, because they NEVER UPDATED OUR FILES LIKE THEY WERE TOLD TO IN PLAIN ENGLISH.

It was one mistake after another on top of unbelievably poor quality and rudeness from the moving team. I have been in my new home for a week and not only did they just dump everything in piles and not in the room it was to go in, there was a complete disregard for any organization or for thought. It was seriously like they had never done it before so there was no logic for how furniture vs boxes were placed. I have reached out to the office for help and have received none.

I had previously used this service many times. They were initially referred to me by a family member and were pretty great. Subsequent moves were not as good and this last time they were careless and I lost some things that were very valuable to me. I would not consider using them again. In retrospect I should have seen the signs and not used them so it had to be at least a little my fault. My mother used them several times before her passing - here's to the end of a family tradition...
