DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional and will scam you. Using this company was such a traumatic experience for me I really can’t even get into all the details without getting too worked up - here are the high points: -Overcharged my initial moving quote by $500 -Damaged several boxes and property pieces -Left several items that did not make it to the final location -Stepped on permanent red acrylic paint in the elevator - I asked them not to move anything so I could clean it, they continued to track it…
We are truly sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with our company. As promised, we provided reimbursement for any charges related to the damage that occurred during your move into your new place. We were able to locate and … More
I had a very disappointing experience with Best Deal Movers LLC and would not recommend their services. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. I was assured during booking that everything would be handled smoothly, but that was not my experience. Prior to the move, I had to follow up to get a corrected Certificate of Insurance required by my condo. On moving day, the movers first said they would arrive early, then were delayed due to a truck issue, arriving about 1.5 hours late.
I strongly advise against using Best Deal Movers. We hired them to move furniture from our upstairs to our garage during home renovations, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During the move, they caused damage to our floors, walls, ceiling, and stairs, as well as to eight pieces of furniture. Although they advertise being bonded and insured, our damage claim was denied on the basis that the furniture wasn’t damaged during transport — despite clear evidence to the contrary.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your most recent experience did not meet expectations. At the time of the move, it was understood that you were pleased with our services and had positive … More
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Webb site says BBB accredited but BBB says not. Picked up furnishings etc. Tuesday 3+hours LATE and then didn't get everything. Did not deliver my furnishings until Monday 6 days later. Asked for discount but didn't get one. Pick up driver rude and unprofessional and used profanity. Asked for but never got an itemized receipt. Payment withdrawn even before delivery. Never never would I recommend these people
Terrible customer service. What started out nice over a two-day pack-move turned into hours of frustration, mishandling, unprofessional packing. Throwing my stuff in boxes any which way; filled oil lamps laid sideways and the oil leaked …
Hi Ms. Bernadette, We're sorry that your move did not go as smoothly as we had all hoped. We hope we can make this right with you. There is a process for the damage claims that we have to go through, although it is difficult to put a value on your possessions, we appreciate you going through the…
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Was quoted $3588, charged $5000. Explanation, took us 3 hours longer than we quoted. Supposed to show up between 8 and noon, didn't show up until 430 pm. Put our furniture in storage for just over a …
I would like to thank Velma for taking the time to give me estimates for both a two men and three men crew. I decided to use three men, one truck and three hours. Velma gave me an estimate for four hours that way I would have an idea of …
I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience and I appreciate you taking the time to let us know. It's disheartening to learn that the service you received did not meet your expectations, especially after the careful consideration you put into choosing a moving crew.
If you want to pay 5 men $300 an hour to smoke cigarettes and check their smart phones all day then this is the moving company you should hire. …

Best Deal was great to work with, very flexible. Jordan and Derek did a great job on the actual move. They were very careful and thorough. The organization communicated with me early and often, and made sure we were on the same page. I would highly recommend using them for short moves of critical items.
Thank you for sharing your positive feedback about Jordan and Derek's careful, thorough work and our flexible communication approach.
