I didn’t have a chance to use their services as movers but I did call for an estimate to move 15 pieces of furniture 16.9 miles door to door - both one story homes. None of the furniture was anything huge. 3 dressers, one queen bed, small china cabinet, sofa, love seat, regular sized dining room table, plant about 50lbs, foyer table, washer, dryer, upright freezer, buffet table, end table. The reviews on another site were not the best but I needed to move within the next two weeks and my first choices were booked.
Brad, the owner, was very unprofessional. He complained the entire time. He even said my granddaughter’s preschool music was distracting. I would NEVER recommend this company. Zach, his helper, however, was very professional and excellent!
Do not hire this company under any circumstance. This peoples are thieves. The come and look around in your house, then they jack up the price while one of the loader steal your valuables. Then they leave you with the truck 1/2 full. I …

I just love the thoroughness and feeling of trust and comfortability throughout this entire experience. They made sure to be on time, focused on the job and had hardly any idle time. They worked from the time they arrived, until the time they left. They were polite, funny and respectful. They definitely treated my belongings with care! The communication throughout the process was fantastic! They are truly a life saver, making the transition a less stressful process.
Brad and his team are absolutely incredible. We hired them to move a massive, incredibly heavy cast iron tub up to our bathroom, and they handled it flawlessly. From the moment they arrived, they took every precaution to protect our home—laying down blankets and ensuring our brand-new flooring wasn't scratched or damaged. When I got stuck trying to attach the feet to the tub, Brad’s team didn’t hesitate to step in and help me get it sorted out.
Brad and his crew treated us like family from start to finish. We made our first contact online and Brad quickly called back to begin working on the details. The cost estimate was fast and fair. During the move, everyone was polite and friendly while also being well coordinated and efficient. They even managed getting a sleeper sofa to our second floor! A Change of Place Movers will be our first choice for any future moves!
