Started off ok with Stephanie or who ever answered phone setting up day and time of moving. Great. Now the day comes, appointment confirmed by samw person calling me to confirm so you automatically think good, all going as planned. 2 hours later, still no one shows to help unload truck. Not even a courtesy call. Each time I called had to leave message. When she , same person, answered she obviously thought she had time to come up with a lie. Still no call back 4 hours later, company has closed for the day.
We’re so glad you got your truck unloaded. Sorry it wasn’t a good fit. Here at A Master Move we don’t tolerate cussing and yelling at our team. Best of luck to you.
On 11/8/2021 they moved me for $667.50. 10/7/2022 moved same stuff for $1,050! And that is after I confronted them and they took off 1 hour on the loading up which is same moving conditions of loading up and unloading! Which was like $334 each way. Latest move charged me $185 per hour 2.5 hours = $462 yet the previous 1 way identical loading of truck = $333.75. Unloading was in elevator so was different condition.

Do not hire!! The scheduler over books and under delivers on promises with the movers they sub contract for the actual work/move. Movers showed up after 7:30pm to unload the truck which forced my 70+ year old mother to unpack the house after 11:00pm. Also left many items at the old house which caused the move to not be completed. Would not recommend for a large full house move!!

Extremely disappointing experience with A Master Move in Macon. A moving company should leave your home in the same condition they found it, but that was not what happened in our case. The movers caused damage to our walls, left damage to our driveway, and their truck leaked oil onto the property. What made the situation worse was the attitude and lack of professionalism shown when we attempted to address these concerns.
Here at A Master Move we take great pride in the service we provide to our customers. We have absolutely no record of a move in your name. We also have not had any unsatisfied customers. If you would be so kind as to call our office and explain your concerns we would be happy to address them.

Mrs. Stephanie coordinated our move with excellence and was AMAZING at being on top of everything we could have needed, and answered every question I could have possibly had, which is usually a lot lol. From start to finish the move was handled very smoothly and carefully, every detail thought of, even ones we didn't think about. Her and the teams' communication during the move was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better company to help aid me in this move.

The movers were very professional and common. They moved all of my belongings very quickly and efficiently, and made sure to double check that everything was put together the way I wanted before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is moving!

Mrs Stephanie is amazing! I accidentally double booked my job and Stephanie worked with me to switch things around at the last minute. Great communication throughout the process.
