The advertisement for the indoor storage is misleading. The temperatures are kept from 78-80 degrees in the summer and 55 in the winter. Your things might as well be stored outside. They charge you extra for “climate controlled” storage but your tv’s and furniture will still sweat and end up damaged. It’s not worth it to pay the extra cost just store your things in the outside units. The employees are very nice and helpful but the company over all need to make some changes to their advertisements.
Customer service was nice during the move in process. Once I moved in was when the problems started. was told I needed to pay for insurance or move out. Then I was sent an invoice without my monthly promotion on it. Last, two days before my move out, Jessica cuts my lock off my unit and says I was in the wrong unit and that she’d thrown my lock (that I had to pay for) in the trash and left my unit wide open. I don’t know if any of my belongings have been stolen, but I was blatantly violated.
