At first we really like this place. But unfortunately it has just completely gone downhill. No carts to use. The restrooms are always dirty and most of all the AC unit has been leaking for over a week now and we are told there's nothing they can do about it even though it's causing three of our units to be flooded. When asked to speak to somebody higher up, we're told that nobody is available that we just have to speak to the manager there.

Had trouble getting in the gate had to get staff to open gate for me then after I was at my unit for 30-45 minutes staff said I damage the sensor. But a week before the gate was open. So how can I damage the gate sensor

I had my things stored here for about 6-8 months it’s suppose to be climate controlled an it’s not I moved out today my things were full of mold but that not even the bad part .. ITS INFESTED WITH RATS ! From small to big if you don’t want to have to have rats and mold I would suggest to not move in .. I wish I would’ve caught a video of them but I was to busy running away !

This is the WORSE & I mean the absolute worse self storage company in Macon, they have horrible customer service & on top of that very inconvenient and unnecessary fees & charges! I highly DO NOT recommend!!

This is the best storage in Macon. The facility is very clean and well maintained and I particularly love the drive in area. The lady in the office Gloria was very helpful and kind the entire time storing here. The move in process was easy and seamless as well as the move out process.I highly recommend storing with Devon Self Storage.
