The absolute worst moving company we've ever used. I wouldn't use again if they were the last moving company on earth!!!! Totally unprofessional showing up late, not just a little late, but LATE, didn't call to say they were running behind, no word from them at all. We had to finally call an hour later, and there were no apology's.

Worst experience of my life. We used this company last June (2017) and it has taken me this long (over 9 months) to write an honest review. (I was so upset with this company that I didn’t want to post anything that I’d regret, nor just spout off incorrect information in anger). I have moved several times and this was BY FAR the worst experience ever. There were two team members who were excellent. The rest were so so. What should have been a 2 hour move took 5.5 hours! I can't tell you how many times I heard one of them say, I'm so hungry, tired, etc. I was so ready to be done with them that left quite a bit of things at my former home that I will now have to take care of. One of the guys actually laid down in my living room floor! He later laid down in my driveway.

The positive: the move went by quickly and the crew was friendly. The negatives: 2 of my furniture items were broken during the move. For one of the pieces my husband witnessed them trying to move it out of the room without taking proper care. They tried to move an L-shaped desk without separating the 2 main parts. Then they attempted to put it back together but abruptly left without saying they were finished (it wasn’t finished). The desk was completely broken and could not be salvaged.

A Master Move was the worst moving company that I have ever dealt with. My wife was a former military spouse and she previously moved a lot, as well as myself. I have experienced great services before and some okay service, but Master Move Moving Company was the ABSOLUTE WORST. They were unprofessional, extremely late and eventually backed out of our move because we were questioning their quoted charge on site which was different then charges that we had previously discussed when we made our reservations.
Unfortunately, the weather caused a delay in our arrival. We did reach out to you in advance, about the weather delay. If you have any more concerns please give us a call. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

*Update* I want to leave the original review, but am updating this experience to a 4-star instead of a 2-star because I was contacted by the owners today, and they had no idea what had transpired, which was the fault of the employee in question. She rectified the situation and made everything much better for my family. After talking with her, I really, honestly believe she and her company have good intentions and even better customer service.

Really hard-working movers, worked well together. The lead was great. He listened and allowed us to make suggestions/preferences.
