Stay away from this company. They are also associated with elite moving company of phoenix co. I was on the third floor and they sent three guys to move my stuff. The guys they sent wanted to move all of my stuff on a dolly. Stuff like tv consoles that should be carried. One of the guys kept letting the dolly bang all the way down the two flight of stairs. He wanted to bang my tv console down the stairs and I said no. He pitched fit about carrying my dresser down the stairs.

So, my sister hired this company some time ago. They sent 4 guys... They sprung the doors on her fridge, sat a 100 year old piano on its side (it's broken now), they broke a TV, broke a desk, snapped a leg on an antique table, and will not make any of it right. There is nothing good about these guys. The rest of toy are lucky your stuff didn't get broken cause they will not fix it! Pictures were sent and they stopped responding. Why don't yall respond to this one. Next is a BBB complaint and then an attorney.

These people are not good guys. First I'm a senior citizen on fixed income. Scheduled my move and paid a deposit by debit card.first they went to the wrong address. Then when they found out that I might have some trouble with the landlord my brother. They called me and cancelled my move didnt offer to reschedule but told me they were keeping my deposit "'because I canceled you".Please beware
Your landlord was threatening to shoot anyone that came on his property (including the police). Please do not hire any service to work in those conditions.
Highly do not recommend. The company failed to communicate payment thoroughly. I was told 160 per hour and a 100 deposit. After the job was finished within an hour, the company tried to charge me 320 total. The manager told me AFTER the job …
Worse experience ever. I scheduled services for my mom and when it came time Noone showed up , Noone called , nothing. So then we had to call another company at last minute. I would definitely never recommend to anyone . It's honestly not …

Damaged molding in 2 places that has to be replaced. Didn't cap the tube from the refrigerator after moving it, water was running out. Ruined the hardwood floor and the ceiling of the room under the kitchen. Broke the leg to my dresser. …
I got them to move my stuff a couple weeks ago and my table was not put up right. I have a glass table and it just completely fell apart smh!!! I paid $400 for a half job.

Good Guys Moving & Delivery helped me move my furniture out of a 3rd floor apartment and into my U-Boxes and U-Haul. Rodger, Nick, and Jemerion did an EXCELLENT job!! They arrived on time, explained the pricing and confirmed how many hours I wanted them to work, and worked extremely hard to get all my stuff moved out of a 2B2B apartment in 2 hours.

This is the second time I have used Good Guys Moving; Mike, RD, and Jay did a wonderful job!! These gentlemen were professional, organized, effeicent and worked well together. I have two storage units that needed to be moved, they took their time with my the items that are unalbe to be replaced. Mike, RD, Jay wrapped, packaged, delivered them with care. I am very satisfied and pleased they took such good care of us and will use them again for my next move. Again, thanks so much Mike, RD, and Jay!
Darius & Damien moved our furniture to different locations in a timely manner with great care given to all items. They used moving blankets on everything. Very friendly and professional, we honestly don’t think anyone could have done a better job than they did. Very pleased with Good Guys Moving! Definitely recommended.
