In their own words
Stay far away from this company. After 3 weeks with one guy coming to check damage that was done, took a damaged lampshade. They have ghosted me and blocked my number, I can’t leave a message and no one picks up, I even got hung up on. They over charged me by $70, yes we pairs it because of the text messages we got on a Sunday to pay our bill. Stay away.
Many of my things are missing either missing or broken. When I called the manager she was rude and suggested that they must have come from Walmart and was made of cheap material. She lacked empathy and professionalism and insisted on calling me “honey” and “sweetie” which I found demeaning. I’ll never use them again.
On 11/22 We utilized Simply Movers, to off load our HHG’s. This is by far the worst moving company I have worked with. We contracted the company for 3 hours for a 4 Bedroom home. We had to offload, set up and supervise in order to get the job done within that time frame. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It was amateur hour at best.
Hi Rashaad, we apologize for the bad experience you had. However, I can not find your name in our system. You might mistake us with Simple Moving Labor, who are doing just the unloading. Could you please provide the name under which you … More
We have moved more than a dozen times with different moving companies. This was the absolute worst move we ever experienced. They absolutely do not care about your personal belongings. Only goal is get done as fast as possible and collect money. They lied to us about covering and protecting our furniture resulting in most of our furniture getting damaged. Most of the furniture was either not protected or done very carelessly and just crammed into the truck.
My daughter used them in June. They changed date. They broke half their stuff. Managed to break items in bubble wrap. Scratched up furniture. They destroyed cherished Bobble heads. They scratched up stairs. They did not wrap things correctly. They didn’t have blankets. They had a small kid, new guy and old man. It was the worst I’ve seen! Can I give lower? They have given run around on phone and have refunded no money despite our claims.
Simply Moving move my aunt about 2 months ago from Warner Robins to Dublin. They broke so many dishes and other items There’s dents in both refrigerators(both stainless steel less than 2 years old) . It took them 2 hours to take down one …
Worst company of any kind I have dealt with. Didn’t do estimate correctly, didn’t send the right truck, didn’t send enough people, packers packed about 10% of our stuff, movers moved 70% of our stuff. The rest fell to us. Because they …
I am so sorry about you experience, we have never performed a move for a Chris Rhodes. If you would be so kind to give us a call so we can discuss what this situation is about or if your move was booked under a different name. Thanks
We went with them 3 times. Because they were reasonable but all 3 times there was an issue. The first time was terrible with one of them trying to hit on a family member. Spending more time talking them moving us. 2nd time they over …

In their own words
Simple Moving helped us with stage one of our in-town move and did a great job! The crew was efficient and careful with our things and really went above and beyond for us. They were very pleasant and made a difficult task seem like a breeze. I highly recommend this company!
Exceptional job! Very polite and professional. All three of our crew did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.
Simple Moving worked with the builder to bring my furniture & stored items on the day that I closed, they even stored my furniture for almost a month! I am thankful they were so helpful & careful with my things!
The movers were efficient and carefully handled all of my furniture. Kevin, Brad, and Bryson will definately be requested when I move again next year. They were so helpful and made my move much easier.
