DO NOT HIRE!!! Had to get my own truck and boxes price was knocked off my total but a moving company should have these materials and a vehicle. A couple of items came up missing with an estimated value of $600, when I contacted the OWNER he immediately starts getting defensive. I didn’t know it was missing until everything was taken back out of storage an unpacked. Owner pretty much didn’t care, made it seem it was my fault. I don’t recommend this so called company!
If I could give this company a 0 I would. They came to my home late, and the truck was full of ants. They offered to bomb and sweep the ants out. I declined, and told them to get another truck or forget my services. They picked up another truck, and finally was able to load the truck around 12. My appointment was for 9 that morning. I called Mike and he wouldn’t respond to the calls in reference to this move. His crew finally completed the move at 6 that evening.
They moved us from North Carolina to Tennessee.i packed up all the stuff myself and all they had to do was loading it and taking the big pieces apart.he came 5 days before the move day and collected his down payment.he said he will charge me the higher price he estimated because he will come with about 6-7 people and he will be done in 3-4 hrs.he will be there between 8-9 am.well the day of moving he showed up at 9 am with 4 people and it took them almost 8 hrs and their truck wasn’t big enough so he had to get…
Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Called Saturday afternoon for availability they said they could do it tmrw at 10. They text me back at 826pm Saturday night and says he didn't realize tmrw was Sunday and he won't have access to his moving truck till Monday and said I could rent a truck and they would take it off the bill so I said okay. Sunday morning comes and I text him @ 800am to see if they could meet me at uhaul cause I don't like driving the truck.
Get another moving company. I paid for them to pack up my house so I could move locally. They didn't even pack up my entire house. They left so many things just lying around including their own trash. My boxes weren't even packed properly a lot of things were just thrown into a box and called it good. Multiple things of mine were broken, ripped, or just damaged in general. Edit: The owner proceeded to text and call me shallow because I was not satisfied with my results.
Hey if you had an issue with something you could have and reached out to me. I actually extended my hand and tried to look out for you guys and if something was broken or damaged it's because you guys moved it/handled it that means it was broken when you transported the items to your new home there…
So unprofessional! Dude canceled on me day off and then rescheduled only to never show up! I'm getting charged daily for not being out of my place. He cost me $150 bucks! He won't answer the phone, only texts then blocked my number after I tried to reach him after ghosting the job. Go with a more reputable professional company because this isn't it!
DO NOT USE! He will not finish the job and then will completely ignore phone calls and texts. Just trying to get back pieces of furniture that he left on the truck that belonged to deceased family members. Buyer beware.

This will be my go to moving company from now on out. Would highly recommend. I called several moving companies and no one could fit my schedule on short notice. These guys were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule. They gave me a time and showed up like 5 minutes early. Very punctual . They gave me a reasonable price . And moved everything as planned. No damages and they were very careful with my furniture. Big shout out to Devon and Calvin they were very courteous. Communicated well, and very professional.
Best decision I ever made while moving was hiring A One Moving. 1. I got a flat tire on the way to our meeting point for them to start working and they waited on me over two hours after the agreed meeting time instead of abandoning me. 2. It was pouring down rain and the two men ran all my heavy furniture in as fast as they could, again not canceling or charging extra on rain. 3. Move was up to the third floor and they did it at a flat rate no hidden charges. Owner was very personable and hardworking.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I have to come on here and praise the Moving crew Mr. Mike sent out for my move. I was quoted for a 3 man crew due to my last minute idea of calling a company in and he sent 4 guys who did a great job at handling all my things with care n respect. All my antique collections where handled very well no damages everything they disassembled at the old home they made sure was assembled back together at new home which was a plus for me.I know I made the job harder because I'm a very picky person…
Mike and his crew were extremely professional but they came to my home and treated my things with outstanding care and passion as if my belongings were their own. they were courteous. They graciously took my tasking on short notice. my home ,5 bedroom house with bonus room and garage was packed up in just under 6 hours. he and his team lighten the burden off my shoulders for this move and I would recommend him and and IT services to anyone and everyone.
