Awful experience- We are deeply disappointed I'm sharing our experience with A Smart Move to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this move was full of frustration and disappointment. The Delivery team arrived so late that we couldn't help my daughter for most of the time as we already had other commitments that day (why we scheduled for the morning). My daughter and her husband ended up moving furniture and resolving most of the issues themselves.
Hi Katie, We always welcome feedback from our actual clients so we can continue to improve. However, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we can confidently state that you were never a customer of A SMART MOVE.
I hired Smart Move for a two-day move: packing art and fragile items on Friday and moving everything on Saturday. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The movers did not complete packing on Friday because they were called away to another job. While the crew worked hard, there were frequent moments of unprofessionalism (foul language and inappropriate innuendos).
Melody, we’re truly sorry that your experience with us left you feeling this way. With more than 1,000 successful moves and 500 five-star reviews, we have never had a single claim of theft.

We had a terrific experience with the movers from A Smart Move. No hidden costs, no unexpected fees, and everything was transparent. The team who moved us from Oceanside to Prescott consisted of Chris, Josh, Bobby, and Micha. They packed everything extremely well and they listened to any requests we had. We were very grateful that Josh recommended paying a little more for our beloved, large ship painting in order to have it packaged more securely. It made it here beautifully.

Great company to work with, especially for long distance moves and military PPM for us. Great customer service and communication.
